Bloody ridiculous with Barclays - they will allow you to sell shares under their quote & deal but not allow you to buy - why the hell would that be the case ? There is obviously 100s thousands shares up for grabs because of the off-load but they won't allow you to buy them back ?

why are we even talking about placings ? - in August we had £3.5 million in the bank and a warrant bank of £7.5 m which should see us through to end of 2022. Also we have partnerships with our drilling company and TDEM operator.

G_G_G I have held shares in Ncondezi for many years (probably longer than most) and believe me I am as frustrated as anyone on the board. This is the 1st time in a long time, I feel a bit more positive on where we are in the process. Hanno would have been the 1st one to tout this recent event on a social media platform, if allowed. I am hoping the fact that he can't or isn't, is due to negotiations going on with all Parties and that the CMEC President stating that they hope to deliver the project in the near future , is something that may actually take place over the coming weeks rather than many months/years down the line, if a tall .
Who knows, lets hope for the best.

I like the comments from CMEC President, Mr Fang Yanshui i.e. 'Progress with all parties' and 'deliver the Project in the near future'

Why would you use the phrase 'deliver the Project in the near future' unless you felt confident that all parties were at a stage in the process where they were reasonably close to signing-off

What exactly are we paying Synergy for ? - that's 5 months now and absolutely zero positive news regards their negotiation efforts.
At the end of all this, wither we achieve our project goals or not, does anyone think that Synergy 's influence will play a key role ?

Hi, did anyone notice the below statement from the Chairman's statement in the Annual report and accounts - something tells me that we are going to here pretty soon that we will not be holding onto 40% of the coal project.

Hi Ghost, have you received communication from the Company/PR that the AGM has been moved to end of year ? surely we are still due an update from the company regards the sale of our assets and future plans ?

When you make statements like that after the completion of a negotiated sale, doesn't sound like he was negotiating from a position of strength - almost is if he was just happy to just get rid of the assets

Rob - not sure what you mean about donating to his personal pension plan ? As far as I am aware there has been no sale of shares to the market to raise cash since the incorporation of HALO (March 2015). We have bought shares in the Company which was subsequently removed/suspended from trading and we have been waiting nearly 4 years for its return. I agree that Cochrane needs to make a unequivocal statement to his shareholders and market to when the Company will return to trading. I am happy he did not do it last year based on market conditions but I would like to think it is high on his agenda for this year.
Who knows, I like the rest of you would like to enjoy trading my shares in the market sooner rather than later and if he sells the Company like to think that all shareholders would see a return on what we paid for our shares.

Instead of a direct response to the shareholder letter I would like to see a PR addressing those concerns/issues and hopefully some dates that we can take to the bank!!!

Did you notice in the interview he spoke about a shell that was under his charge and guess what we are looking to list a new joint company with POW - do you think that shell could be used as a vehicle for the listing. Just a thought

Hi, Yes it was mine - 40% down on the news that GE might or might not be the tech supplier. Thats pretty severe. I have worked for multi nationals for the past 30 years and also worked on big projects. I know how difficult it is to deliver the end game and co-ordinate all parties and resources involved. I have also worked on projects where I developed realtionships with much smaller partners, which proved significant to them and beneficial to us.
I think NCCL are doing a v good job - not only for bringing this to the table but getting such big hitters involved and co-ordinating efforts to date. Hopefully not to long before these efforts will be rewarded. Glen.
