I don't normally answer people who don't read the RNS, but this is simply a typo at the front end.
Full disclosure of the number of members is further down in the main text of the Annual Report.
"2,000 members in the Alpha test with more than 5,000 before we stopped accepting for the Beta of which we will throttle back to complete."
Funny enough, nobody was around this evening to sign off the document, so should be out by lunchtime. So sleep on with a hangover after the match
The large uncrossed trade sale on Friday removed a long term overseas shareholder who no longer has any interest in the Company
In case anyone forgot, there was a £10m fundraising and Helium percentage changed by that event. They did not sell a single share.
The TR1 has a line with the X in it that says.
"An event changing the breakdown of voting rights "
The first few weeks into H2 will be as exciting as the last two of H1. In fact when you see the list of achievements in the Audit Report out next week, you would imagine you were describing milestones over years, not months.
Exciting times ahead, for certain.
Modern Water has developed a means to automatically monitor and detect more than 2,700 viruses, bacteria, toxins and parasites from all parts of the world since 1984.
The institutional knowledge within this history in unique and the source of data now being used as part of our Artificial Intelligence systems being built and retrofitted into existing and new award winning equipment.
Internet of Things, AI, Smart Cities technology, Industry Revolution 4.0, network connectivity in water, air, soil to a central monitoring system is the end game.
All of this technology already exists. Nothing from Integumen, Modern Water, Microsaic, Labskin, Rinocloud, Acumen Software, SKIN Trust Club, Aptamer, Avacta, Tyndall Foundries, EPS Group, Cellulac was or is a new invention. EcoWaterOS was established in February 2020.
Today,12 months almost to the day, after we first begun adapting the technology to manage COVID19, we have delivered live data transmission of SARS-CoV-2 as it passed through a Modern Water piece of equipment, retrofitted with a solution to a global problem.
That's pretty much how I sum up today. A 3 year project that has a life altering opportunity for everyone. Getting this right with the right consortium and passionate teams will deliver real shareholder value far in excess of monetary gain.

@Dinagadog1. Will look to you for copy for the promotion :-)
Seriously though. You are absolutely correct in that this is the world's first because we know an independent global search was carried out by consultants to source a real-time surveillance solution that could be automated to transmit instantaneous alerts to central advisors.
Not only are we the only ones with a solution, but with an installed footprint of water test g equipment across 60 countries that can be retrofitted with this solution.
This is part of a Smart Cities solution that combines multiple sources of data that include location, environment air and water pollution, weather, populations and builds predictive scenarios to assist management of current and future pandemics, epidemics of a range of pathogens.
Labskin has been working with SARS-CoV-2 virus in educational and our own laboratories for months with 14 years institutional knowledge of viruses, bacteria, toxins and parasites.... 1/2
excellent timing
@Newuncle, I am not disagreeing with you that it may be warrant holders, simply because I do not know who they are. I am quite happy for anyone to book a profit, relative to where they got into their investment. There are hundreds of shareholders, and I would not state it if I were not quite certain, but it is not TP who are happy holders.
@Newuncle I speak with the Broker almost every day and although it is not my place to comment for them, under no circumstance do I see them selling any shares since they exercised warrants.
As I have said on many occasions, the Cruise industry is not a matter for the Cruise companies but the political inter-agreements to accept standards that meet everyone's requirements.
These continue to be part of open discourse and we look forward to updating everyone as they progress on the path to international cruises returning to a new normal.
Extract from RNS of the 7th June in the Shareholder Circular:
The Company's final audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 are expected to be notified on or around 28 June 2021, but in any event no later than 30 June 2021.
Modern Water has been working with Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) equipment since 2014 and development remains part of the advances we are involved in to bring this technology to consumer level within the breath testing program which involves both Microsaic and the licensed technology from PulmoBiomed.

A NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) can be restrictive, or even extreme in how any discourse on the underlying agreement is openly discussed by either party. When you are dealing with commercially sensitive or even politically sensitive information, it is important to be careful in what is openly discussed, or even speculated upon. There is a delicate balance between what is material and requires disclosure for AIM Rules 10 and 11 and what is deemed to be held back. This may be due to the fact that a deal is not a deal until it is signed. For instance the MoU with China Resources was recognition of the risk of disclosure due to many parties aware, hence the disclosure of that document as it is likely to lead to a full agreement.
With lots of Governments NDA's are signed to allow both sides reveal their objectives, without agreeing to commit in writing, to a beneficial outcome once due diligence is carried out. Some governments or departments within government do not wish to reveal what they're doing until they are ready to reveal the next steps in managing the pandemic. So we proceed with agreement that certain things cannot be discussed and in some cases we cannot confirm or deny any speculation, but work toward release of the NDA's and multiple negotiated deals on the positive outcome of due diligence.
Hope that covers your question
I will have more hair, though :-)
As you see, the breath test trials are ongoing as part of a very large plan.
@T.Rat. The clues are already out there. Most overlook them and few see them but don't realise what is going on behind the scene or under your very nose
There is a ticketing system provided for any issues raised at support@skintrustclub.com and I can assure you that the support team deal with all queries, even outside of business hours. Therefore I am surprised and disappointed to read on an investor Bulletin Board in the first instance of a complaint. As CEO I am always open to shareholders but if there are matters raised about a product, the best place to address them are with the passionate, dedicated support team, as while I do read, I think you may get a better response directly from them.

@Retireby40
AirBnB renting rooms only became a thing when so many property owners were in deep negative equity to their mortgages so rented rooms out.
Uber was because of the something, people, in order to survive after the financial crisis and keep up payments on their negative equity and to keep their cars (like renting a room) allowed them the opportunity to rent out the back seat of their main or second car, or had to take second jobs, which were in short supply, due to the crisis.
These are well documented timing/opportunity related start ups.
