Exercise of Warrants and Issue of Equity

Europa Metals, the European focused lead, zinc and silver developer, announces that is has received notices of exercise in respect of certain pre-existing warrants to subscribe for 212,000,000 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.015p per share and 133,333,334 new ordinary shares at a price of 0.025p per share (together, the "Warrant Shares"). In aggregate, the exercise of these warrants amounts to a cash subscription of approximately £65,133.

66,666,667 x 2 = 133,333,334

I hope it does go higher but since talk of an announcement due it's gone from 29 to 53 which a fair increase 80% +

Hi BB, for me it's risk/reward situation and one that I'm fully aware of. External forces will always play their part and I'm well aware of the risks. Having bought a lot lower than this too I'm more than relax with my overall average.

One punter on here had 177M at 67 from memory now that would be upsetting.

MMs are having field day here, flipping shares etc leads to downward pressure and buying opportunities. Just got to try and beat them at their own game, I've got some money tied up in another slow share once out I'll be (you guessed it topping up here). Way too cheap.
