Hi sandgrounded .....the problem esyasoft have ...the protection of omnimesh was installed by Indian gov .......risking delays and further inspection of behaviour .is placing aesl ..adani Ihc .under scrutiny....they want progress as much as Indian gov ...they can't be seen to be trying to bully the key holder for key ...so they took away the incentive to be ruthless....

Hi tony ...the bid was unsolicited ...the cea amendments and union took form ...the defence of the Indian utilities ownership .. began .....the second 10.44 was made ....public consultation was hurried to complete on fools day .....interoperability mandatory .in place ...protecting Indian utilities from esyasoft turning them off ...changing what the initial bid could own ......as you say cyan was ticking along to holders future .....were cyan right in acceptance ...they are aware what the cea ammendments mean ..so I'd say yes with a smile ......I've been watching cyan 7 years and seen Ihc influence grow ....there is always a just business feel to cyan Ihc esyasoft joint linkedin posts ...genus intellismart feel a deeper warmer meaningful event ....India are independent .....the Goa yet to commence is also on same timeline ..until ownership can show cyans value .....the Indian gov has protected the keys .....do esyasoft still want ...maybe but it's devalued to there ownership ...the Indian gov placing hurdles means more .... Cyan have definitely taken the upper hand ....esyasoft would need to increase bid for success in a devalued company ....mad as a hatter tony 🤣. ...mitton are splitting risk to gain % .on result ...market is still saying no deal ....nothing has changed 🤣

Hi vascular. the new rules follow the esyasoft offer timeline ....they were introduced maybe following a meeting with genus intellismart and the Indian power minister after first offer ....the final sign off came after esyasoft second offer ......who are cyan biggest customers the 75 % .....how long has cyan been partners with genus intellismart ......would j.c and board been aware of Indian gov protection of assets ....did cyan need to reject offer ..I'm not sure but you have made me think ....that's good ....it's still a no to 10.44 though 🤣....if esyasoft own cyan ...it risks genus intellismart communication with network ...now that's taken away .....esyasoft are mandated to open gate ....esyasoft original bids wanted full control ....now there forced to allow genus and intellismart etc access for less cost return ....cyan are now not worth the regulatory hurdles they face and loss of expected income on purchase .....omnimesh is the respected gold standard of the Indian smart meter infrastructure changing landscape ....already embedded ....I think esyasoft miscalculated response ....CEA .April fools final sign off of amendment made me laugh ...weather it's aimed at cyan or esyasoft time will tell
