Cyan set the timeline of extensions to wait for something ....as did yet to commence ...as did ammendments ....the rns confirms ownership .... omnimesh is not esyasofts to own ...changes things a slight bit if you buy a car and find out they took the engine away .......do they feel the shell that comes with ownership hurdles is now the value they thought ......ruthless wants the lot ...I think the struggle is how they escape explaining how a billion dollar unicorn can't close a poxy 37 m deal 🙂 maybe throw more cash away .....that's a bad descion as a investment choice in my mad world ...

Cwd limited India tony ....are cyans partners in Goa contract .....10.44 tony cyans value has increased since offer ...it's flipped ....the rns confirmed.....digismart has started Goa under cyan ownership ....silicon labs are using the new India infrastructure go to in Goa ...adding more hurdles to esyasoft ....and value to omnimesh ....and cyan are in a stable position with revenue stream .......if esyasoft have the go ahead they need to be upping value ..they place .....because they're bidding on the massive scale of opportunity interoperability brings a embedded cyan ..... I think they've already conceded attempt ..and are finding a agreeable exit that keeps opportunities open ...not a j.v ....either way 10.44 is now nowhere close ....unacceptable ......my take tony ......
