Can only hope DSM are beavering away in the background with FF and gut health. They have "preferential access to the use, marketing, and sale of Fruitflow based products which are based on the patent" but how long do we give them to make decent sales and would it be something By-Health would also be interested in.

Not a problem I am familiar with nor am I familiar with the symptoms but this review on Trustpilot says it all.
"I'm excited about what this company is doing for the asplenic community. We live with higher levels of platelets just floating around in our blood without a spleen to store them in. We are often told to take dangerous NSAIDS as a "catch all" protection. When I found the studies about a natural product like this I was excited and have been taking Fruitflow for a year now. I'm very pleased with the level of care from the customer service department when I called to adjust my autoship order. My platelet levels came down to the normal range for the first time in nearly 17 years after taking this product and I have been sharing the information about this to others living without a spleen as well. Thank you fruitflow for developing a great natural product for people and please keep us asplenics in mind when doing more R&D!"
It doesn't start till about 1 hour 47 min and to be honest the sound quality is terrible and is a bit of a shambles to say the least. Hopefully there will be an edited version.
"do Bi- health hood the key to unlocking the benefits of fruitflow?"
By-Health may well hold the key in as much as if/when they make a success of Fruitflow then it might open the door for other significant companies looking to follow suit. However its not the only rout to a major, remember we are told that "There has been some encouraging interest in this technology from some significant global customers." wrt DSM and Gut health and not forgetting the "strong and growing interest" in general.
I see M&S have just launched a new Gut Shot. Doesn't contain FF (unfortunately) but gives some interesting figures.
"Customers are becoming more aware of the gut’s role in overall health and are seeking products that support better digestive function. Searches for ‘gut health’ are up 247% on Ocado.com since 2021 and gut health was named as a top food trend by Kantar in 2023. Our own proprietary insight, Family Matters Index, shows that in 2024, half of consumers are planning to eat more healthily, with a quarter saying they plan to focus on eating a balance of different foods."
