I would doubt that you need to publish the studies to gain Blue Hat. I would assume positive animal and/or human studies would be enough.

The effect of water-soluble tomato concentrate on hyperlipidemia model was studied by establishing hyperlipidemia model in rats. Results: the water-soluble tomato concentrate can reduce the content of lipid oxidation products and protein carbonyl in serum of aged mice, and can reduce the content of serum cholesterol in hyperlipidemia model animals. Conclusion: the water-soluble tomato concentrate can inhibit lipid peroxidation in vitro and regulate cholesterol level of high-fat model animals."

Suppose that would be the main reason to get a trading update.
The fact that we cannot see PXS doing "anything much" doesn't mean they have been doing nothing.

Personally I would like to see a bit more detail on what By-Health is achieving wrt Fruitflow even if Blue Cap isn't imminent.
"X" amount of studies and Blue Cap is required isnt enough IMO.
What are the studies (the ones we havent found) for and what health claim(s) are B-H after would be good for starters.
