Well worth watching the Proactive interview last week that gives a very good insight as to where this is going

Lagoa is only recorded with a NAV of £1.7million - but now has a "hard value" of $10.8 based on PEA alone .. under the put option

Aslo some interesting sounding changes on other parts of the portfolio, that i didnt fully understand .. some news on these expected on/before 18th - and Annual report any day to year end Sept 22

I thing NAV will be about 23p share (as of sept) as the $1million didnt show in last valuation , but current developements put 6p/7p in $2.5 mil in payments and a $8/ $9mil on that as it stands - say 20p share.. so im going for just under 50P as of today - with significant upside potential over the coming months

Good point - I think JV did mention back when the FS date was extended that there was a percieved benefit from the current drilly and its impact, I think the nice situation to be in now is that the company is building up a liqud pot of cash that will underpin the SP. the portlio is now very heaving dicounted against market cap

I think they have been a bit anti rampy with this rns - the detail of the good part is almost hidden and you have to do a bit of reading to decipher .. I’m sitting on a small loss now - wrote these of until the next RNS and intention was to bail out as beennunderwater since the day I bought in .. but that RNS alongside the cash makes to hard to ignore .. It’s just so illiquid so I won’t chase it up..

Also - Couldnt MAFL now include the 5% Rights into thier portfolio NAV calculations? Even on old NPV numbers the companies NAV would now be pushing past $20 million or 60p a share and that could double+ with those drill updates
Or have i got this wrong ? its been a while

with $2.5million coming in this month and 5% rights over an asset that is going to have an NPV subject to a significant upgrade.. which at last count was be worth $14 million net to MATL but could push anywhere from $20-$40 million + on top those drill results .. six months doesn’t look to bad for a 5-10 bagger.

just trying to work out in my mind what this is worth, i thin ki may wee add if this drops down as its very cheap and can just sit back and wait for the updated resourse and FS

Woke up with these today been in the bottom drawer for a while .. I think the NPV Lagoa was approx £340 million as of last results, but as drilling has gone so well .. I assume much higher , so 5% would make this a multibagger and its still trading belwo net asset value anyway - see below

Im pretty sure it wasn’t sell- when the bid was 20.3 -20.5 I could sell my entire holding online - something was up. It’s always worth testing the limits of you have the cash or a larger position ..not one for mm manpulations etc etc - but how can you be 10% down with more sells and they willing to take 50 grands worth above bid .. CEO bought today also

AT this point in time i agree - willing to take £46k in one go ..

It will be what it will, the sp could spin on a sixspence in either direction.. after such a big move last week

I think after 4 days sp is looking very strong .. volume droping , but i kinda get the feel that these churs are finding home.. sp is above the closing price on Weds it looks good to me .. a good sign a solid news

Morning - I had a gut feeling that it would be spiked down this morning as per 99% of AIM 100%+ risers, but market keen to take the shares and looking very strong. the fact that its even the slightest bit blue is very poisitive. Im sure there are lots of lurkers waiting for a technical move to buy/add so will be an interesting week.

That assumes the large player are all aligned and not a competing force ..? The increase in stake look more like protectionism to me

Morning - is the news this moring that Glencore upped its stake from 9% to 17.9% as part of the placing an interesting development? - or was this already anticipateted.. not a holder just researching

Been reading through the back story . One thing that’s clear is , that as great as the ASD is , it was not factored in as anything other than a minor sideshow to the main prospects .. should have an MBC update o. The Manchester studies at any time and can’t help thinking after listening to the presentation that p3 agreement is more advanced than we currently are aware of. I do like the management approach not your usual AIM rampy BOD. Currently worth less than the cash runway.. cheap as chips

Stalicla deal is worth £165 million (Plus royalties in low to mid double digits on sales of SFX-01)

Hi All Worth Reading Stalicas stance on this deal - take a look at thier team also - one thing the caught my eye is the end royalties are over and above the £160m milestones? They are perpares to fund this fully also - its a big deal IMO
