Yes - LUCA looking good worth £1.7 million on todays bid - looks a great investment .. Another 2p on the NAV .. took advance of the drop yesterday to add about £9k , first time adding for a while - seems worth it at theee levels

Hi Florence - Yes thats how i see too, our option is valid at point of 80% earn in - They do have that faciltiy avaiable , however we dont know what covenants are on the use of the cash.. But looks like MAFL were pivitol in facilitiating the Spott deal, therefore i'm assuming the method of pay MAFL in the event of the put option has aleady been addressed. Will be intersting to see what ASD put out today FC completion next week (onlu to miss it)

ok 6 week extension- It must be immimently ready to be issued, six weeks is nothing and obviously that the drop off date, so SD must be tellining JV they are a forthnight away IMO, good news for me, better than silence from ASND. at least we have a clarfication

Just read that annual report, got death spiral writeen all over it.. only thing that is positive forme is that BIDS have a 13% minotiry shareholder - any chance JD will get the boot ? They could shore up easier enough to get a majority for a faction of what they have put in and take it private, then get rid of the loser when done.. either way shareholder look destined to be shafted. cant keep rise tinted glasses on that auditors report - GLA oNE OF THE WORTH ceo'S ON THE aim

Morning .. Yes I saw that - I trust MAfl RNS over the ASD Presentation.. Still would thought it would be clarified today ? nothing yet but RNS's seem to flow late morning , so might get an updated today

Extension is on the table imo, but may not be a bad thing for MAFL as we hold the cards on that front, theres a fine line to being fair and being taken for a fool.. six month extension was ample, end of Q1 was ASD FC at time of extension.. Its been virtually complete for 9 months .. However its been clear that JV has never repoduced any of those date and always stuck to June

Im not 100% its the 22nd - The Asendant presentation mentioned 27th MAFL 22nd.. either way I would not be a happy holder of ASD, It has been a tough time to programme these types of work , I thin kit acknowdged that labs have backlogs in most fields, but the way they only communicate delays with silence is a red flag .. However at the moment we could argue the ASD is almost fully discounted.. One the TSX

All quiet - 22nd June now alot closer than it needs to be - only 4 trading days left - SD are either flat out trying to complete the BFS or locked in the boardroom with JV begging for an extension. Zinc and lead prices doing well , with zine recovering well from lows . which are still higher than the PEA .. GETTING BORED NOW :)

IHi Lewis - I think an "extension" may be on the cards - not a long one maybe 1 month - not an issue , but the 6 month would have been granted with 3 months float (according to assendant programme ..so it a poor show from them .. but that the nature of miming - i dont think ive ever seen a junior would be miner hit thier dates TBH..

After agreeing those terms , I don’t think JV would be too keen to grant another extension without good reason , so assendant may under a bit of pressure , but in the big scheme of things it’s clear that it’s reaching the final stage

Hi assendant don’t ever seem to have it a single date , so not that suprised - April - then on target for may - then targeting end of May .. it’s a poor show of over promise on dates an underdeliver which has been since the start .. we have a contractual date of 27th June and JV has given and extension already.. and been keen to do the opposite .. underpromise and over deliver .. I’m sure it’s on the way .. been virtually complete for 6 months now .. all good though .. this will be worth multiples imo .. and that 15% is still up for grabs - GLA

I dont think its the placing that casued the drop, but the 250K shares allocated to the broker, they have just dumped them on the market IMO.. Dosent matter mid term and good if you want to add and looks like they are just about done over the last few days , but it seems a bit penny pinching at a time when the company has realised cash, - however we have seen that JV is a shrewd chap and im sure we will get an update on the plans soon.. I wouldnt be selling anyway, but i get your point

Been thinking about the placing .. The fact that someone has been willing to put in £250k at 21p is a very good sign IMO - we know that MAFL is not the sort of share you can flip in a discounted placing .. therefore whoever added this amount, new or existing is a good sign and not in it for 5p profit .. that said the 250k shares given the the broker look like are on thier way out yesterday and today - adding a bit of liquitly
