I've been waiting for the tax year so added funds same day as I was eager to action the move to ISA.

I've been with HL for years, I used to be with Motley Fools before they were taken over so moved to HL, HL was good to start with, they just got worse overtime.

I actually got an email from them today to review their service, I happy did and you can imagine my feedback :-)

Edhellas, there are 2 obstacles with that, once you fund an ISA in a tax year you can't fund another ISA with a different provider so in effect I am stuck for this tax year and also what's the guarantee the new provider will be any better.

I am sure with time I'll be able to action the trades, just need to be patient.

I agree guys, it would be good if TILS can help the region, seem like no one cares about them and the death rate is increasing daily.

Valuefinder, unfortunately HL are not offering bed and isa, they haven't for months now.

It would have been the best option, unfortunately I am stuck with them with their poor service, they used to live trade information too but this hasn't worked for months if not years now.

I've had to add funds to my ISA, I am just waiting for the right moment with little spread to action the trades.

I don't have any issues with the company, I just don't want to give the taxman my money when I start reaping the reward:-).

Hence why I want it moved to ISA and buy more.

To clarify, if you have 2 share and ISA accounts with 2 providers, if you put money in A in a tax year, you can't put money is B in the same tax year.

I believe unless of course you close A and move things to B.

I'll say better to contact them and explain things.

Is your Santander Stock and ISA too? If yes, not to add to your worries but I think you can only top up one Share and ISA account in a tax year, I assume its to stop over funding like you just did.
