I am still very much interested in how some PI knew about the placing and took part in it, surely if anyone knew there will be a placing at 1.5p and the sp was just above 2p, they'll simply sell their current holdings and buy at the lower price.

Sp most times always drop to the placing price at some point.

How did PI find out about the placing and took part?

I know it's not been mentioned but I dislike it when companies have lots of shares in issue, we have close 1 billion here.

Is there a risk of share consolidation? Share consolidation in my experience isn't always positive, it artificially bumps the price up and then it slowly heads south from there.

Not even sure how to feel, good they've got rid of Mint but unfortunately the price is at 1.5p, that should nicely bring my loss to about 90%.

Probably drop to about 70p at most, don't see it dropping any further, then again I said that when it was at £1.40 that I guess that was the bottom.

The current price is a bargain for LT hold.

As I've mentioned for sometime now I have wanted to move some of my shares to ISA, I was finally able to do it today.

Sold 24,510 @ 13.0715
Bought 29,323 @ 13.60.

Not a bad spread.

No HMRC rule to let you put more funds in ISA when you've maxed it out.

Would it even be possible to take up the right issue in a regular trading account? Not sure but that might be an option if possible.

That will be more tricky if all your ISA are EUA.

I guess s the way whitebuffalo suggested is an option you can look into.

Pepsicle, if it happens and I am in the position, I'll gladly sell another share within the ISA to take it up.

It's usually said in life 2 things are guaranteed, tax and death, it's high time "Astronomical reward investing in EUA" is added.

If this drops, I am certain real LTH investors will gladly take the shares from you, I for one will be grateful to take them at cheap.

An investment with guaranteed reward can't be any more certain than this.
