I had fc and sol at level after being down 3-4k and within another week it went up 30p I don't have the patience for this and always over emend myself metro is gone closed out and look now up 1.87% 14.5p
glen hurt me also gut managed to get 20k back on that but lost it in this and metro I know you are correct

wish it did not affect me, got my ar@e rioted open wish never heard of cud's and share trading

was margin stop out. managed to get 12k into the acc and brought back at average 4.38 and pulled 18k of loss so far but still does 29k on the plus and closed out still on metro. pls keep update coming as you see it start to level off on buys vs sells as need to try to put some trailing stop in as need to close some of these as took xtra 3k shares on the cfd to try to recover some losses as I watched it go back up
