are the mm allowed to accumulate shares for the hedge funds to buy back?
ie can they accumulate 500,000 shares and then sell as a block to the shorter as not to take the price up as the shooters buy in blocks?
if the shorter where to buy that about open market it would put the price up as they chased the shares? by the mm accumulating an selling as a block it would not affect the price?
