Whilst I admit my post may have been patronising, sorry bob helx etc for that, all I’ve said is if you can’t move on from what’s happened then perhaps time to cut losses.
I am all for discussing what could go wrong here as well as the potential. I’m not blinkered.
What I do not agree with are posters who have absolutely no interest in bids, not invested and all they do is post slating the co. Note bob and helx are most definitely not in this category.
Any one that invests in an Aim share thinking it’s going to all be plain sailing is sorely mistaken

Imo Who ever put this deal together knows the games that are expected in q1 and q2 and the agency knows what advertisers will want to be in those games.

This RNS is a clarification of wednesdays RNS not yesterday.
As of Wednesday the agreement was not signed but anticipated. Yesterday the agreement was finalised hence the announcement.
I suspect so many PIs kept on at JD that JD had to release the trading up date. He probably didn’t want to release till this deal had been done but had no choice in the end.

First RNS said “up to” - don’t see what your point is
Up to gbp 10mi = zero to Gbp 10mil.
I don’t see how there is any confusion from the first RNS in terms of what the POTENTIAL spend is.
Like I said earlier when the games are announced the GBP 10mil will be spent imo. We shall see.

Trader - you can say exactly the same about first RNS.
If anyone thought the first RNS meant GBP 10m guaranteed next year then they need their heads checked

The first RNS quite clearly said up to gbp 10mil, implying zero to GBP 10mil. No question about that and first RNS most definitely did not say it was a slam dunk.
The second RNS clarifies that the gbp 10mi or whatever they get out the deal, will count towards revenue and was already part of 2020 business plan

The agency fully expects the GBP 10mil to be done imo.
