No I don’t think so.
The m and a deal would have been similar to pubguard ie an acquisition by bids. Falling SP meant couldn’t get a grounding in value and/or BoD didn’t like the level of dilution at 10p.
If dentsu wanted BIds they would buy them. 5/10mil to them is small fry to them if they can see the value and scalability of Bids tech

Helx - I agree with you on that. This is going no where until JD properly addresses the market with a clean outline for 2020. This should disclose cash position and precise plan of action. JD knows communications have not only damaged SH trust but also indirectly impacted some deals due to volatility of SP.

The Atlantic article specifically states HIGH RISK capital growth, and states BIDs is a speculative stock

As much as I’ve called our helx and others, for balance your posts have been way over the top of late.
As you know I am BIDs believer, hence why I’m still here, but am still cautious and fully appreciate that JD/BIds need to deliver materially positive news in next 3 to 6 months.
If we get to h1 2020 with another £29k of revenue (for example) BIDS is in big trouble.
I believe that won’t be the case as expected Well know games delivery, potential of GBp10 mil spend with an agency this year, another potential deal not wrapped up in 2019, and the DAN strategic partnership should equal success.
Look forward to what 2020 holds

Just hope you manage the rest of your portfolio better than BIDs seeing as you foresaw bids being a failure but didn’t sell.
