...or go down
Onsolid, hopefully I'm wrong...I was hoping they were headed to 8 a week or so ago
Yes Boyo, trying very hard to be more patient than in the past jumping in on one small move up, only to be slammed down
All the other big names have hit recent annual highs and now finally on way down, regardless of results.
No usual January cheer. ONS figures obviously being fuddled for one reason only.
I was hoping for better, but will take something very special now to stop the rot.
Oct trend now well gone, maybe retest that with results? or bounce off 200?
...if not, tempted to wait for low 500's.
Could end up at 520 if sp doesn't bounce off something soon, Boyo
...unless they go the opposite way ?
I'm thinking that, Boyo...and judging by MKS, Sains sp reaction, could be worse than that?
?????
Hi T, sold mine at 4.28pm...not looking good now. See tomorrow, maybe heading for 50day line? (then I might make money!)
Tesco is invulnerable Treacle, Ocado is not unfortunately. Slightest move up is sold off every time.
Was looking very hairy last few days, but finally a good finish today on trendline
Trading statement is on 16th if you look on Ocado financial calendar...?
P.s. Well done for 2023 Casa,
because it's one thing watching markets and analysing...much harder to physically make money trading and see a growing bank account at end of year
Hi Casa....MKS was always a great buy at 90p and hold for 2 years especially after the Norwegian bought in, but easily said. It is a British instituition and whether there has actually been any innovation ( clothes are still made in Bangladeshi sweatshops) I have my doubts, but market sentiment has changed so that's all you need. It never had a major price pullback all year
I am assuming RR is mostly benefitting from the Ukraine / Israel war building military parts etc.
IAG has not recovered in the way you would expect after Covid rebound despite successive positive results sentiment is still dead.
TSCO, a good one too...virtually unaffected by any downturn shock...but there seems to be an upper limit to price, probably because they don't innovate...just plod along with same bog standard approach to groceries
My personal opinion is that OCDO could get to 12+ this year and if it breaks even in 2026 as predicted, all the usual moaners won't have anything to moan about anymore... so price could go even get back up into 20's in future...all IMHO obviously
Why aren't you buying them casapinos? - I think they are on the way to retest 10+
what are you buying instead?
You definitely did the right thing Boyo, but not sure all is lost...Weekly still up and the preceeding trend looks decent to me
Obviously there is now a gap that could be filled
long way to go, but the last shake out /fake news from Paribas turned out to be exactly that
Spot on T,
I would agree with that NewDealz - I marked 680 as a sell point, so was surprised this morning with a gap up....7 not holding
Struggling a bit now, so could easily turn south
I'm thinking it might try for 650 and then pullback...just a guess
T, I sold some at 637.2....hope that wasn't wrong
not falling like it usually does!
