George Frangeskides, Chairman at ALBA, explains why the Pilbara Lithium option ‘was too good to miss’. Watch the video here.
Or they have some more, potentially great news which they are not yet able or willing to share.
Sorry, Samson - blooming autocorrect!
Samsung, think you are spot on with both 1) and 2) in your conclusion... IMHO it's all upwards and onwards, let's just await details of the finance raise (it will be what it will be anyway)...
Yes, have done, yesterday ( notvtoday, unfortunately). Took the chance to average down, happy to play a longer game here. Every sell is also a buy remember.
Samson I think your assessment of PD is spot on. Not t all worried by the summertime low volume SP drift, awaiting next actual news worth reporting...
So, that's 5% of VOG bought and sold... as a LTH I am classing it as a buy ;-)
Nevermind not surpass the 10p offer valuation, the SP is now dropping back to the pre RNS level as the market understands that there is a very high chance the takeover will be rejected by shareholders, due to the ludicrous low valuation put on SDX. Previously I was more supportive of the management than some others on here, but this morning has set me straight, apologies. I am still a believer in the value here though, so fingers crossed that today's news will put SDX in the sights of a proper buyer now instead.

Good, positive article. Love the photos of Big Phil!
See RNS today. Little bit more patience required but looking good for 2022 and beyond!
Great interview, all bases covered. But somebody please buy Big Phil some sun cream!
Ah, the glass is half empty... Well, we are due an operational update imminently which may hopefully improve your mood... Personally I am looking fwd to it. Let's see...
Interesting RNS. Pleased to see some out-of-the-box thinking, and the location of this wealth management co. is important, I suspect. HNWs don't part with their cash easily, they must have strong confidence that this is going somewhere, that's good enough for me!
Malcy not Malay, F-ing auto spell...
There is little I can add to what Roger Kennedy has said given that I know next to nothing about the detailed facts of the case which has been left for the current board to face up to despite them not having initiated it. Indeed, I know the CEO and CFO very well and I can say that they have worked all the hours that god gave since their appointment to clean up VOG in many areas.
Time will tell what will happen, if the work that they have done with RSM is meaningful then maybe a sensible settlement can be fashioned over the longer term and operationally the company will be able to survive and grow to everyone’s satisfaction, losing VOG at this stage will benefit no one.
Re: Taverham post, yes, I would hope a payment plan based on future revenue can be agreed, insolvency would unlikely get them their cash back. Not good news, but I still have some confidence in Roy and team after the past couple of years' efforts.
Back in here, with an eye on the 1Q update coming soon. Looking to make a quick buck again (have been in and out of SGZ a few times over the past couple of years) but happy to hold longer term if need be, the gold ain't going anywhere. I am not a Scot, nor particularly into Gold, but things seem to be moving in the right direction on all fronts here. But DYOR....
