I can only tell you my perspective. I was thinking of buying but put off by the fact that this year was described as "extraordinary", in other words next year's results won't be as good as today's.

Assuming profit of £35M next year, that gives a forward PE of 13, for a company growing relatively modestly. It's definitely not bad, it's just that I think there are better options out there.

I haven't decided against investing here, but I'm waiting. If the share price goes up I won't be buying.

It's down 72% from it's ATH even though all its financial metrics have greatly improved since then.

It's got a very long way to go before you can call it overhyped.

It's great, but not game-changing. We are far far bigger than Abbey. But will give us exposure to more clients, so more revenue for us.

Since Cornerstone FS has now changed its name to Finseta, using the ticker FIN, the LSE chat board here up to this point is all irrelevant as it relates to a company that no longer exists that happened to use this ticker.

LSE, could you sort this out somehow? Move all the chat from the CSFS board here?

It's on their balance sheet (that's where their software picked it up from), but it's not a loan in the normal sense. It's money sitting in the client deposit account. That money is shown as both an asset and a liability on the balance sheet, so effectively cancel each other out.

It's client's money that they put into Cab's platform. It's not a loan to Cab as such, it's client deposits that Cab will return (normally in a different currency).

Bullbarz, why don't you write a post pointing out the risks / negatives, rather than asking a bullish investor to do it?

Consider this. The annual report says that growth in customers was from 803 to 906. That's as at 31 December 2023.

The website says "Today, Cornerstone’s provides multi-currency accounts to over 1400 businesses and individual customers" That's just 5 months on.

I don't think the market is factoring in enough growth for 2024.

I think people don't get how big the potential growth runway is. They see a big increase in revenue in 2023 and adjust the price expectations to be in line with that. They haven't accounted for the new license in Canada with revenues starting hopefully in Q3, a new license in UAE imminent, the Mastercard offering beginning in Q3, potential expansion into Hong Kong (iirc) and what might come after that. There's a big world out there and the revenues we've seen are from the UK only so far. If the expansion is handled correctly, what might this company look like in 10 years?

Scored, I think that’s basically client funds. Clients put money into cab’s platform to use so technically cab owes them that money back. That’s not the same as a loan
