Thanks bitcoin buyer for brightening what is a pretty slow day for me.
Is this like the night before Christmas...normally one over the eight so can't remember. the fact that so much is going on with this share and, and its a big AND, the CEO is actually telling us what is happening.
Not say what will happen, but reporting each positive (and setback) in style.
He must think we own the company.

Its good to see a change of direction in the U.S. but whether Biden will have the support of the other party, especially in those states that are still leaning to the right, may be a major issue for the planning and consent for new or revisiting the tailings.
Good news for Cornwall if the Kaolin tailings can produce Lithium in the near future and economically.

It may have been said before by people wiser than I, but with the number of potential targets lined up for drilling, and the expertise that the board have involved in the drilling and exploration methods, and these well qualified companies, familiar with Botswana and it opportunities taking shares rather than dollars leads me to conclude that this is possibly the best bet of the junior miners currently on aim.
The tie up with Power Metals and Paul Johnson (ex GGP) and Metal Tiger and the success they enjoyed with Sandfire fills me with optimism.

Agree that most is a by product of coal burning in China and Russia as the smelt ore for iron and steel. but none found in hematite - the Aussie main ore.
Mined vanadium in Flow Batteries (with a projected life span of 20 years) are able to store and release energy (electricty) without depleting the Vanadium. so the raw material is acting as a catalyst, not a source so you get the same amount at the end of the battery life cycle to reuse. Whats not to like....neither does it catch fire.

I hesitate to disagree with you...and respect all of your posts....but is not Bushveld producing primary Vanadium through mining the mineral and not as a co-product of steel making as the Chinese and Russians are. The Chinese are using more hematite which has no Vanadium content so supply will rely on Primary in future.

Great to see the way Gervais has steered this to a respectable £1 Billion company and so pleased for the LTH who have proved the Buffet saying to be so true. Gervais is to be applauded (again) for avoiding becoming a miner as the expenditure will often outweigh the short term advantage and suppress dividends, which will surely be the icing on this lovely cake.
Mushroom, I am so envious of you in Tomar...spent many nights in our van on the municipal campsite by the river two winters ago and will do the same soon. Fantastic history in the templars castle and great plonk from the Douro and pasteis de nata for breakfast.

The SW of Trinidad is very close to other major producing fields and might be the added bonus for BPC.

to correct onlybpc the new share option was for 6,170,982 bringing the total shares in issue to the figure quoted by onlybpc.
A very small dilution and more cash to the company.
Naughty error or genuine mistske?

If we accept that the JV is based on fair, honest and mutually beneficial business then one would expect GGP to allow extension of the JV to the next (and perhaps biggest) discovery at Scallywag to be exclusive to Newcrest. But as an evaluation of the value of Havieron can only be based on current best estimates of X mill ozs (pick a number greater than 10) and the POG in the future would it not be advantageous to both to set a base value to give ?15p per share to GGP holders, and then increments as the quality and quantity is proved. POG rising to $3000 is a long shot for Newcrest, but a loss for GGP holders.
Perhaps a three year wait until first increment payment rewarding the LTH and a long term guaranteed future for the two organisations.

This popped up at 16.25 this afternoon but refers to an agreement made in 2018.
