Many shares are given to them as payments ,or other things ...O BDW they are also brokers were you could open an account withy them to trade a nearly did..

I'm sure they owned shares in many companies that they are involved with .Could this prevent JZ from announcing the results till they gone for good??? ...........Just a thought...

Top comment ....Lets drop it as that,....I was happy about him buying into MRS ,a just did not wanted him at the top, and was mot only me others had the same view .

Did you see anything either than an RNS ? a claim made, and claim withdrawn?..

Don't we know this peoples ? rather than concentrate in running the company, all they care are is about their pockets ...And look at the strategy they used, one day they put out an RNS saying magic media has this and that ,then on another RNS they telling us they gave them free shares to survive ....Now tell me this guys don't need investigation on their behaviour ...

Peer- One question remains is how they went on to invest more and more on a company that has a claim against it pending..They are gamblers for sure ...

Peer- Yes Hogan and Smugden wew behind the change at MRS and they did well, credit to them two...

I have a few pounds here ,and most last Year as this is involved with MRS ,but in my view HE SHOULD NOT BE AT THE TOP AT MRS ,I believe is useless ...He got into MRS as chairman after acquiring the shares from Paul M.... The ex CEO, and many investors and others did not wanted him at the top, there were better peoples there.I still have some doubts about the claim he put out soon after raising the cash ...

But don't you worry ,as he bought MRS shares suspended at 15 plus ....He then had to buy more at 5 when they raised capital to move the company forward from the previous crooks who were running it ..

If you look in October the same Year an RNS come out to say ,WE KNOW NOTHING FOR THE PRICE MOVEMENT ...If I'm not wrong, then he bought in at 0.40 .....

Is that what would suit you?.
