Compare this to the previous BOD on MRS ,,,,Australians for you ....Should be put through a net before listing in UK Markets to make sure they are decent ,as most of them are not. And also list in their own Country before others ...If they are NOT good to list in their Country then should not be good to go to other Countries ..

All we need is good news ,not the ones that just getting the share price lower ..After all this time all they have to offer is consolidation ....What type of BOD would come up with something like this, when the share price is at the bottom....
