Very disappointing that there has been no communication. The SP has slipped back again and simply clarifying the business/IPO situation would have helped strengthen SP position.

Better communication require! So important!!

I’m amazed at the lack of communication on this baring in mind it was listed yesterday and was removed.
Some clarity is needed to avoid negative thoughts.

Ideas anyone?

The special divi was promised before but it would be mad to sell out of Bell for a while as there’s no doubt we will see £2 and more. Bell would not have agreed manufacturing in China without contracts to be announced soon. It could happen very soon or perhaps later in the year but I’m confident Bell will go to £2 and quite possibly considerably more quite quickly.

ST saying what we’ve been saying and known for a long time! Let’s hope it’s recognised from here and we see true value. As he basically says it is still a bargain with all the basics in place. You don’t need to be an expert to see where this stock will go.

They won’t have signed this deal without agents or contracts lined up so I expect more announcements in the next few weeks and a big lift in SP to follow!

Talking to a Senior Food Scientist today working for a top supplier to several global fast food restaurants (the big high street brands) and he tells me he is under constant pressure from customers to reduce salt content. They are seriously considering the Tek product for inclusion in their ingredients!
No real surprise but good to hear it is going forward.
No names mentioned for obvious reasons.

Agreed BB, we can’t keep going on about potential and where we should be on SP, so far it’s just been talk and speculation. This stock has much more to offer in terms of value and is a great business with great prospects. However, for some reason it fails to attract investors.
The only news that can change this in my opinion is a big contract for one of the businesses.
I do think though that Bell is primed for a take over at these SP’s, small investment for a big player and potentially huge returns if managed by a large global Corp.

But Tek never rose with Bell so why would it drop?!

I’ve seen this stock mentioned on other groups.

I don’t have the emotional connection with this business that some shareholders seem to have looking through these posts and based on a quick investigation into the share history I must admit, this business doesn’t leapt out to me as one I need to invest in.
Can someone convince me otherwise please?

This is really good momentum in a very weak market. Let’s hope this holds ready for the news!

News is needed quickly to support this tip though or we’ll see this buying activity tail off and be lost in this climate.
I’ve seen ST tips before cause 10-20% uplift for a week or two and then straight back to where we were which suits short term investors but not those that do see the real value in a share like Tek.
Need some follow up news to generate real and longer term gains now.

When do we expect the IPO please?

I think that’s partly true but the main reason is the current political situation. At times like this money comes out of speculative stock and into more stable investment.
Current SP has takeover written all over it now IMO!

News last week on the PM and today that the situation over the Ukraine is deteriorating fast are killing the market.
Perhaps a good time to buy Bell! If the Ukraine/Russia situation improves we’ll see a big jump across the board or (hopefully not) vice versa!!

So what does this announcement mean to us?

Yea agreed. I think most (I certainly do) just expected news already. It does seem to be taking forever.
However, I’m still confident that we’ll see huge returns on this and Bell. The key is to have faith and patience in your own judgement.
The news is coming, we know it’s positive and we’d certainly be stupid to walk away now or probably any time soon even if the SP rockets. There’s longevity in this business and SP.

Just read a buy recommendation in last weeks Money Week. Looks a good company!
