Well we all that FDA would be a catalyst and it was for half a day!
Let’s hope we see some steady increase and value on Friday.
This business promises so much but a lot of people have lost money at today’s recently increased SP and let’s face it, we have been disappointed before.

Let’s hope not this time!

I’d be interested in some opinion on what we will see this week with the IPO on Friday as I’ve not held stock in this position before.
My understanding is that TEK will either seek or keep A stake in the new business.
Either way TEK will benefit so what are we expecting to see based on other similar positions please?
A rise in TEK SP this week as we see a cash injection based on a full or part sale?
Assuming they sell, cash returned to TEK stock holders? Which should increase SP too?? If so on what timescales??
Your expectations please for my understanding.

Forget COVID detectors this was performing well prior to COVID on core business.

Got to be good value now and turnaround

They need to be more ambitious than last time and not undervalue.

Surprised they announced this on a Friday but great news!
Surely we should be back in the 20’s now as a baseline price.

Considering potential markets and SP history this is still very cheap even with such gains in a short space of time.
I can’t see any more RNS updates this week though, it makes more sense to release early in the week to allow a rally on SP.
Still a great time to buy in now IMO.

I hope my experience of this Management Team to date is nothing to go by and we see this business materialize toward the potential.
I hope I’ve been wrong in my criticism and we see at least some of the potential turned into something positive.

I think the difference is although improved communication recently more importantly through RNS and the foundation of stable results we are still looking at potential!
For the first time in a long time though things are looking a lot better!
This should be a turning point and return to to healthy SP

Not. ‘Clapping’ at all just told there is imminent positive info coming.
Kromek the same applies, very disappointing.
‘A bit rich’ perhaps I just have higher expectations of people managing the business I’ve invested in.

I’m not comparing TEK to any other business or stock market. However, the basics of running a successful business are the same regardless. A company cannot list to raise money and then not strive for value to those who have taken a stake.
I see no motivation, no communication, updates or strategy yet they’ve come back and diluted our stake.
There just doesn’t seem to be any value added yet all businesses in the group should be flying in today’s market.
Perhaps my expectations on delivery are too high but to lose 50% value on SP in a few weeks and see no sign of this trend changing is staggering, but even more staggering is the people seem content with it!

It’s the managements team to steer the business and deliver value to drive SP. Objectives of the board are alway SP motivated which comes from running a successful business but at the end of the day it the share holders who sponsor the business.
Where is the communication and PR, these businesses are extremely marketable within the current world yet we hear nothing! So SP does nothing.

What the hell is going on with this business? We should be looking upwards of 20p not half that!

Are the board going to continue saying nothing and taking a salary without showing any value for those paying their wages???

Unbelievable performance, anyone else in the real world would be fired by now.

My info was positive news about to be released. I was hoping we’d here yesterday so we’d see a rally on SP but nothing yet!
