Scancell founder says the company is ready to commercialise novel medicines to counteract cancer. Watch the video here.
Come on, it's not fair to ask Mike to move on with his grievances while other people don't and still pick on him. I would really like this board to resume being "normal", focusing on the company and current events and not so much about the posters. It has been weeks now, surely this can only be counter-productive for the share.
Mike, pushing this conflict further is also clearly considered to be aggressive. Read the room. Please, accept this, have closure, return to rationality. Yes, people will disagree here, some will ramp, some will do the opposite. It's the LSE board after all. We don't need to freak out and revert to the exact same topic every single time something triggers us.
Blonde: it has taken years, and it is a huge risk to have no control over terms. Czech courts were not controlled by the government, European lithium strategy was known, Big auto was already walking up that time is of the essence. I don't think we came out well of that, we can only assume we came out 'hopefully ok' until news of the deal driven by CEZ will drop. I think the price used in the updated PFS is pretty close to his much they help themselves to lithium hydroxide from Cinovec, so our DFS NPV is impacted. Lots of costs to this 'partnership'.
He could have called Babis's bluff and offer 30%. Go to court, high court and EU court if needed. Wouldn't have been needed. German big auto would have stepped in to mediate and Babis would be out by now.
I don't forgive Keith for the 49%, the recurring mates rates placements and the never ending delays of milestones. Yes, we do have a CEO problem, his credibility is partially the reason for discount here. Yet, I agree, at this points it's more of an opportunity: we're so undervalued that not even his incompetence will push this down eventually. CEZ and VW will make a deal and we'll get rewarded for that.
