New Directors buying in?

As reported in a podcast on Sunday roast I believe, chill are building a global brand which feels like fevertree when it started out and look what happened there!

Tiny market cap with heavyweight appointments joining gives this a fine risk/reward upside. Back to 20p plus in short order I think then see the numbers start to come through to continue the momentum. Good luck all. A very exciting time to be in at the ground floor level.

3. Largest primary Helium company in the world.
4. High grade Helium - not associated with hydrocarbons.
5. Folks should not underestimate the move to greener energy with investment companies looking for the greener investment.
6. System much more widespread than originally thought.
7. Reason for share price rise - start of realisation that enormous work already done in 2021. International first class team and start of drilling. Ride the price into a discovery.
8. Very busy Q1 - about to start to bear fruit. Excited to report seismic to the market. MOU with rig provider. Where, when and who with will be drilling.

Josh…..exactly. The CEO is about to announce the results of the 2D seismic and is clearly excited to get them to the market.

It seems the combination of the recent satellite surveys show that all 3 basins look like working Helium systems. That so, the area is truly massive and like Saudi originally discovering oil!!

The quality of the Helium too is a factor all adding to green energy.

Stand by for the RNS on seismic etc. Buying some more tomorrow as a fantastic multibagger risk/reward stock.

Forget the daily moves and the bickering of folk who want in cheaper or out more expensive for a few bob. The Gheko money of greed is good is the patient building a nice position and watch the action. RNS’s being lined up with the new in this quarter.

So stake in CODE is approaching a value of £! million and we have a market cap of only £6 million. Upside strong and with no consolidation confidence should return quickly.

Now all 3 basins with incredible shows in the seismics indicating that the Helium present could match the oil bonanza in Saudi years ago.

CEO clearly bursting to say more in the interviews but RNS’s will land soon. Nailed on for a MOU with a rig contractor for the big drills this year.

However - with the knowledge they are gaining and the sudden strength in the share price with matching volume it feels like a joint venture with a major could be incoming. If so first stop 50p plus. Natural pull back today great platform for further top ups thanks. This is HE1’s year.

Worth reading the new investment policy for the AGM. Realising investments within 3 years is the plan.

Shares generally go down prior to consolidations for some reason but here with the market cap so tiny and outweighed by value of investments then the upside looks strong. Even without anything from SGS trial etc it is cheap. Good luck all.

Onwards and upwards

Folks - just researching this with a view to potentially buying in. Have I got this right that the company raised £21,842,600 million at a price of 2.6 pence and yet the market cap now is just £8 million?

How much cash has the company got left? Disappointing news at the moment but drill not written off surely?

Have I read the prospectus right that the offer price will be around $5.25 per share? Any idea how many shares in issue that we own to give an initial value of TEK's stake?

Trend is your friend. Traders will take a quick profit from their 7p plus buys but the BIG money is the on trend upwards now. Breakthrough year for this share (yes risky but what isn’t!).

Trending back to the 20’s but not in a straight line so opportunities for top ups on the way.
