BELL holding up well and TEK now at tiny market cap of circa £33 million at this price. With Lucyd IPO coming followed by Solarius in short order then folk will soon be reflecting why they didn't accumulate at this price while you can.

Important that it is the non exec directors wading in to buy shares now. Oversold and due a ride back up. Onwards and upwards

Nonsense - read the RNS. Debt for the coming year will be £100 million. Market cap circa 7 million. Turnover circa 1.1 billion.

Finance sorted and this multi bags. On its way.....

Good point gogsthelogs. Intensive interest in the country from majors and the interview by the CEO putting it out there that there is a world strategic asset that they have and a huge opportunity for a major to join in.

Either way the current market cap is tiny vs the upside. With the geopolitical issue with Russia it is even more critical US, Norway or others secure assets like Helium One has.

Interesting the research was funded by Norwegian state energy company Equinor.

Why fund that and not be involved. JV anyone?

In summary……

The NW drill wasn’t bad news but adds to the mix of the deposit we have.
Drilling to find the end of the NW etc limit of our resource.
Same for SE of Racecourse.
However…Drilling at Ascot to prove up inferred resource ie on top of Racecourse conceptual pit etc the additional resource of the Ascot discovery.
THE BIG NEWS ….CB repeated his ambition of end April/May and very happy and all on track.

No wonder 6p busting…..Racecourse and now Ascot being proved up to give even greater value. Could be as much as Racecourse again. In that case figures of circa 40p value may be very conservative! Onwards and upwards and well done Colin and the team.

Well I was mostly right then! Missed that they have spent all the money, a potential bidder walked away which doesn’t inspire confidence and all that’s left is management hope that they can do some sort of deal!! Feels like suspension and admin coming. What a mess.

In the next few weeks, as I said, we’ll be announcing the results of our initial review on the 2D seismic and also hoping to announce an MoU with a conventional rig provider. That’s really going to build the project up so you can see exactly what we’ll doing, where we’ll be drilling, why we’ll be targeting the targets that we target so super exciting the next few weeks and months coming up.

A lot of buying still. No wonder. March begins next Tuesday so the news on where we drilling, who with etc will land anytime.

Risk/reward here is getting better all the time with the work they doing on the ground and the upside is truly eye watering.

Took a further £4K worth just now and rising up. Quoted 10-10.5p.

Onwards and upwards. The 19p valuation by Libernum is just to reflect where we are now. Imagine the valuation when we strike the Helium. Rise faster than a Helium filled balloon in these storms!!

Thanks DJ. Page 88 shows that post IPO Lucyd Ltd (which is 100% owned by TEK) will hold 54.87% of the shares in Innovative eyewear. So of their current 80.5% that Lucy own they are selling 25.63% into the market.

With Lucyd retaining the 54.87% initially suggests they see significant upside and therefore the chance to sell down their stake further at very good prices. All in all a bumper year for TEK holders.

DJ - is that right? Is it not the company will sell say 71% of the shares in the company at the IPO price and maybe retain a large stake for future growth and then sell.

I can’t see that they just raise some money by selling new shares at the IPO without a chunk of the share capital being available for II’s and PI’s to purchase.

May be wrong so happy to be corrected.

Given that Lucyd is imminently going to IPO and we own nearly all the stock I guess we will be selling a stake as part of the IPO and retain a further stake for the likely huge rise.

That being the case we could be in for an imminent special dividend plus in May we can sell some/all of our stake in BELL which given the excellent results today will be way higher by then too. So another dividend then too. All for todays bargain price.

No wonder folk hoovering up the shares. Onwards and upwards.

March next Tuesday and with Colin talking April/May to be done ready for the take it or leave it buy back we are but a few weeks away.
