Chilean delays.

Q3 update 2022 is late coming compared to previous years which i can only assume is because they want to include news on I09 (if possible).
Maybe Friday.
12 months since things where said to be progressing on I09 plant construction.
Getting silly now.

Need a nice big contract to land now to keep them on track with the turnaround of company profits.
Management seem to have a good plan to improve the company's fortunes.

Good presentation.
Exciting times for the company trying to solve one part of plastics pollution.

They're still holding 16m in cash.
The big players always play the game to their own advantage effortlessly, as we mere mortals watch on from the sidelines hoping to pick up a few crumbs of knowledge here & there.

Octagonal plc has announced an General Meeting (GM) to be held on 20 October 2022. As a shareholder in Octagonal plc, you now have the opportunity to vote on the proposed resolutions.

The resolutions to be voted on at the meeting are as followed:

1. To adopt new Articles of Association
2. To issue Bonus shares to credit the merger reserve
3. To cancel the bonus shares issued above
4. To authorise the issue shares to Management/ Employees under employee incentive plan
5. To authorise the directors to allot shares pursuant to section 551 of the Companies Act 2006
6. To disapply pre-emption rights pursuant to section 560-570 of the Companies Act 2006

All we need now is the £5m sharebuyback to begin this month & we should see the share price creep back into the 40ps.

The wait for news on i09 has been hugely frustrating but surely just on the amount of times mentioned by the BOD of conclusion to negotiations being close to being agreed we must be due some sort of update this week?

Always inevitable that we we were going to see a retraction in the share price.
Been a steady increase from 14p in Feb so expect some profit taking.
Who ever is in charge the fundamentals haven't changed, Iofina are a rarity on AIM a company making a decent profit from a ever increasing business that produces product's that are increasing in demand.
Iodine prices will stay strong for the foreseeable future & we will see some great numbers when the preliminary results are released in September.
Roll on I09.

Been investing on & off know since 2008;
this is my first investment that's bagged when it hit 28p.
How hard is aim market?
Sold some this week, but will hold on tight to what I've got now.
Iodine price hopefully stays strong for many years to come to aid Iofinas growth as seems they do everything at half speed.
Maybe it's good they're double cautious now.

If it can hit 30p by the end of the week a lot of holders whom bought in late 2019/early 2020 should be at break even.
Would expect this to sit in 30p bracket ,while bods decide whether to stay or go.
I09 surely must be sorted by now as the waits getting silly.
