I bloody love the fact polygon are in. They are a white knight. Yes they are greedy hungry hippos and use all crooks possible to get their fill of shares even using their friends citadel (please don’t tell free7 as they will have a nervous breakdown again) but ultimately they are here for the long game and not a quick book as they are so firmly locked in with 18% even selling say a few percent would crater the share price and they know that so they clearly see huge upside.

Why are polar below the reportable? 3% is the U.K. below reportable…..polar are U.K. based….you need subscription to the Bloomberg portal. You can have a basic look on Morningstar although not completely up to date with a few missing.
The definition for not in public hands is to do with something about being “locked in” Again not at laptop to give the exact definition according to lse.

Polygon 18.1%. Polar 4.8%. Bny melon associated fund (Atwood or something like that sorry not at laptop) 4.89% that is us so below 5% reportable. Then a number of U.K. funds with various amounts from 0.1% upto 2% along with a few us funds. Then board and staff so in total PI much more like 55%

Manifesto fyi PIs do not own 80%. Check Bloomberg there is multiple funds with 1-2% and some US funds just below 5% threshold. Certainly not 80% no where near that figure.

It’s quite reasonable given this is their jobs/profession/business that polygon will be networking like mad and a network book of thousands and get intros were conversations can be had. As I said watch billions and your eyes will open. This happens all the time. Just how shorters knew to hit boohoo just before their awful update came out. Or the leaks with odx placing being discussed. Polygon are just a level above your normal aim junkies. Far more professional.

A little example i was at nhs trust in deep covid that happened knew to be inside with novacyt so I managed to bump into a pathology person who didn’t realise they were telling me info that was affecting the share price as I found all about novacyt (Primerdesign) being used and what was going on in the early stages of the pandemic.

Polygon have analysts, researchers. Watch billions on sky in layman terms and all will become clear. Just how some of us have found out info that is still not in public domain after being quickly removed from public eyes.

They keep moving the bid and ask but no trades going through. I saw this earlier in week with avacta when it pulled back and then they had the rns. Could be a tr1 logged or another rns or results indeed monday. Most likely our friends polygon wanting one last "top up" and working hard to get it on the cheap

I tried with IG dummy quotes same issue so obviously just not an issue with HL

i eventually got a buy quote atd execute 4024 shares at 178.52....i wanted 177.90 when it showed advertised and 178.20 but no chance, offer was 178.4 so had to pay slightly over. I was trying amounts of 2,500 shares upto what i bought

took about 5 mins to get a buy price, posted screenshots on twitter

I will go with Polygon and just want to build up my position and hold
