I would put good money on it being a market maker account who has seen the AZ patent news and now is either short of stock or quote simply short. Seen it so many times. On small caps like this the accounts are specifically used to try to shake hard to collect stock. It’s a good thing imo when these multiple accounts appear.

We will find out today, if no rns tr1 by end of today then i would say polygon are done and wanted 25% to control. If there is an rns i then become very suspicious of polygon and the motives, especially what has been going on with the trial et al.

Then the question would be who was the buyer thursday/friday as that shot up quick, was near impossible to buy sub 20 then below 21 and climbed up to 27 friday. I know some think the mms are leveraging and playing this both way.

In mean time i was trying to look for what platform trial synairgen could go on with NIH, obvious choice looks the updated activ-3 given the criteria. With covid cases rising in uk/europe and US a few weeks behind always, hopefully synairgen move quick and get another bite of bullet to be setup....time will tell i guess.

Still can not believe like many how the trial was so messed up and then shocking rns but given the comments by davey smith that eileen posted on twitter it makes you wonder, is there a large game being played here and a pharma wanting it cheap.

If there is going to be an rns from polygon it will be today given volume on thursday was well over 10m and high volume and rise friday to. Today given the 2 day notice period of letting the company know would be the time frame for TR1...

No they can’t. A special resolution is passed in the same way, but with 75% of the eligible members showing their consent.

The resolution will lapse if the company hasn't received the authenticated document approving the resolution by the lapse date. A member can't withdraw their agreement to the resolution once they've sent it to the company

I think you don’t have a clue manifesto as with polygon holding they have this 22.56% vote right now. I don’t know why you try to argue or change it. Rules are rules. Facts are facts. If they go 25% they effectively control Synairgen.

The board does but they will have to consult polygon first as I said. Without their backing they will not get anything passed. Hence at 25% they effectively control Synairgen.

Polygon = aurora nominess and JP Morgan. It’s what this plan is and who is behind this all that will decide what is going on.

Anything the Synairgen board want voted on and passing they HAVE TO GO TO POLYGON first for approval as without their 25% nothing is going to be passed.

To pass any agm resolution any egm resolution. Any vote what so ever you need 75% plus of votes. Polygon owning 25% plus if they do this means they effectively say what goes. READ UP ON THE STOCK MARKET RULES

Given polygon average price being well over £1 I think there is value and hope here at current share price. But let’s see still hurting from Monday like most of us here.

No idea but without their say so no agm/egm etc would pass without their say so. Will find out what is going on in the next few days.

They have 22.56% . 2.44 more and they effectively control the company. Given that they were at this position close of play Monday and usually rns always a day after going over the threshold I bet they were buying still yesterday and today. I believe by end of week they will be controlling Synairgen. Nothing can be done without their say so at agm, no resolutions passed without them etc.

Theboyg you’ll be pleased to know all the futures are very blue this morning indicating opening up for the markets. Nasdaq futures currently 0.8% up. Dow 0.7% up. Should be a good day on the markets.

Reckon there will be intraday for this tomorrow given it’s been two weeks and volume continued. Friday volume was high and we know which mm was leading the charge again.
