I have been wondering about all of these permutations. As their is some interesting detail on the Ashfield link up where it’s both in hospital setting and outside hospital setting. The thing is the safety data is all there. We know from p2 where it excelled. The home trial in the U.K. gave data for where it would be beneficial with the breathlessness. We then saw it graduated activ2 so data must have been good again so could all the data lead to them saying ok use in hospital in these cases and outside in these cases.

I can tell you why. As they have had a change of approach. The comparator that was going to be used against has been removed from the list due to the change in variant. There was news about the comparator and what was happening with usage of this Awaiting updates on all of this and what the plan is with activ now. Syniragen had a special place there given change in protocols and the breathlessness.

I do wonder what the stance would be if Synairgen is given eua fda approval yet still on a trial for covid….

Seems to be following the same pattern as Europe and Denmark in particular that is now experiencing another big wave/spike in cases after thinking the peak had been reached a few weeks back

I think it’s more likely we get tr1 rns from polygon tomorrow. There is a good chance of results but not worried this will arrive when it is ready. I do think it’s due any day but more than happy with everything going on behind the scenes that has been tweeted, put on the website. Ashfield etc. and the little behind the scenes digging that a few have done and shared that has given confidence. Hope all the usual suspects here had a good weekend.

Synairgen may well be a good hedge against overall market volatility due to the nature of news being due and omicron ba.2 hitting headlines now over the weekend. Often when overall market has dipped in the last year or so stocks like Synairgen have kicked on.

I tried a couple of dummy quotes just before close and couldn’t get a quote. Just looked now and the last real trade was 4.27.

Shorts just all been closed on IG, i noticed the last of them with the 40,000 shares closing out their short and then going long with same amount of shares....

PS most of pfizer pill is not being delivered until the summer in the US and only two weeks ago biden ordered another $4bn as they want to stockpile for autumn....

There are around 1000 testing companies...how many in hospital covid therapeutics with FDA eua approval or about to apply? a handful? look forward to your response to this point..... A price of one test is £7 (this is the average cost sold from manufacturer). Synairgen course is going to be around 2k-3k....happy to help

Average hospital cost for basic hospitalisation is 30k to 120k and severe 120k to 320k...all the figures are out there to look at.....

Hence why all the testing companies plummeted you have just proved the point synairgen is vastly different.....

The basic plan now is to live with covid, fauci last week said as much, new variants will come along and that is why most of the white house briefing was on on activ-2, therapeutics/anti virals and then masks. Far better budgets is spent on all of this now. What has testing done in reality? testing is going to be pulled FOC by july in uk . The testing will continue in hospitals they said so that they know who to isolate and how to treat etc. They can also use this testing to track variants. There is a load of documents leaked nicely by the government departments between themselves to state this

Dr Tom Pea****, a virologist at Imperial College London, says that there is evidence that the new type of Omicron, known to scientists as BA.2, is growing compared to Omicron (known as BA.1) in the UK, Denmark and Germany. He said the growth across multiple countries may mean it is more transmissable than Omicron,

He said: "Consistant growth across multiple countries is evidence BA.2 may be some degree more transmissible than BA.1.

"Unfortunately this is really where the evidence mostly ends. We do not currently have a strong handle on antigenicity, severity or a much evidence for how much more transmissibility BA.2 might have over BA.1 ."

The scientist did say that very early observations from India and Denmark suggest there is no "dramatic difference" in severity compared to Omicron, but the data is being closely monitored.

We had polar selling rns that Friday…..few days later polygon rns buying more. Just watch again I said yesterday volume was big with 2.5% of shares in issue traded alone. The herd haven’t even arrived with sng. It’s the same lot on here most of the time and on twitter so it isn’t a stampede of PIs buying. It’s funds like we saw with the New Jersey post and more than likely polygon yet again
