The wide spread judging by the action and movement is to put off buyers. There are orders on the buy side that keep coming on and off SETS. You may have seen when the bid jumped to 13.7 for a few mins - the buys at 14.00 were still trying to be filled. 50k has been active over last few days.

Key thing is nice close again over 13. Looking like a nice hammer on the daily and regaining a close over the key dma for a move towards the gap at 24 to be filled.

The over arching theme amongst trial detail shared yesterday. Today. Strive etc etc. is that there are multiple new and on going trials still looking for covid/antiviral/respiratory drugs.

There is a clear renewed focus as BARDA and NIHR to find drugs and be future ready. Funding is there at a national and global level. Good to be a drug company at clinical stage still in this arena after the view of many that covid etc was over and so would funding. It’s clearly not.

Historically. Synairgen was always a couple of weeks behind sabs. They got announced on activ-2. Then Synairgen. Then moved to 3. Then Synairgen.

Interesting timing BARDA 18th with that article/trial design. Sabs 18th with update that would fit that trial spot on. Sabs rose last week. Synairgen rose last week

If they wanted the price up for any selfish reason fc they could easily do this. This is aim. Nobody knows what is going to be said. However this has not been mentioned. The fact there has been no pre placing pump by the company of any sorts and results announcement lends itself to some update with meat.

9x out of 10 when you get unexpectedly high volume and block buying there has been a leak of some sorts on aim. You often see it a week or so before the actual release of news. I saw it short while back with C4xd large volume out of blue quick rise for a few days. Then pulled back and then the az news where it opened up 60%

Absolutely nothing stopping Synairgen saying something along the lines of “we are in advanced negotiations with a major pharma for a trial with commercial milestones” or “we are in advanced discussions for a global platform trial”. That would send major rerate.

I’ve come back in at 13 as that was precious resistance and looks like good support as bid is rising in real terms and only one mm left at 13.3 on the book.

That’s actually not entirely true professional. There are a number of reasons and ways companies can sit on price sensitive information until them deem fit to release. I thought an insider would know this.

Learn to trust nobody on boards without proof so obviously don’t believe you at all about being an inside etc as heard this bs for so many years on lse, surprisingly people think when they say it, it adds gravitas their posting I think it’s usually the opposite as shows some kind of desperation. You could have a placing investment like the Kodal one with the off take as I mentioned where share price was 0.20 and done at 0.50 as the Chinese wanted a stake So imo option 2 I mentioned would be the odds on fave.

Tfg could have helped broker such deal. That would allow them to value their holding at a larger amount on sheets and give them hope of an exit.

What are the negative scenarios?
Obviously radio silence yes.

TFG can veto placing so only would be done if favourable for them. So don’t see how it could be a negative at current price.

Only way a placing would go ahead is if tfg agree. With over 25% they can veto whatever they want. They are in control affectively. The volume last week was most likely them buying.

Don’t see placing end of.

2) imo most likely similar deal to az in the past but at larger figures to get a trial going
3) strive trial
