No idea. Just taken a look at all their rns with regards to the buyback. They needed to do it before close period of half year results. Our half year results are roughly a month later than GENL. They started on 25th June buying - £10m and the share price in the period around this rose about 15%. We are £25m so more than double so looking at similarities you’d expect the buying to start soon as gkp got a lot more to buy with current low volumes things could be very interesting throughout July and early August.

I don’t think it has we will know when it has. The buyback rns and discussion may force a few hands. I was happy to grab a load this morning

Think a lot of PIs May too. It’s near enough pay day for most of the country. Last Friday of the month and last day of the month. We saw it laughably open up at 222 Friday morning just gone but was impossible to buy anything until the price was back at 229

You would expect the share to keep walking up this week with divi later in the week and of course then maybe a pull back but with the buyback, further divi at the end of the summer, increased levels of production again, oil prices recovering this could continue to rise nicely. Very happy holder and continued holder

Updated again since 15th May to 3rd June. Out of the top 10, 5 have increased their size of holdings.
Lansdown Partners - (the largest and no doubt closest to the board) increased
Blackrock - Still buying move increased
Brighstphere - Increased
Caius - Increased
Dimensional Fund - Increased

Also looking at other sites where you can see which instis are buying you can see Fidelity have taken over 1m share of late and the old mutual fund taken around 500,000 shares.

It’s carnage everywhere all over the markets hope2gain. Could be worse again tomorrow. Just got to hold it out. Don’t really want any update today or tomorrow as it will be missed with what’s going on globally and politically here.

Added another large chunk at 225.5 glad it all got filled as it bounced straight away.

Most of the market is and especially oilers, seeing red everywhere. FTSE et al was down nearly 1% earlier) oil price dropped a bit too. Healthy bounce off of 230 support which is encouraging. No surprises they tried to take it down there. Will come back later in the day the jerk reactions should subside, mms always happy to play along. Could be more tomorrow with the politics boll*cks

Love days like today been bottom feeding. Add in dips on two of my share. Over 7% here for no reason at one point. Easy buy thanks very much

Aw got you hope2gain. I’m relaxed and agree with you. These movements and trades are funny 5,000 buy 5,000 sell. Somebody knows what’s going on. As I said happy to add on these dips. I have also said that Powerchina et al would not have flew to Dhaka set up a news press event mou framework etc just for a laugh and jolly and then get nomads everyone to play along. Mugs to think otherwise
