Squeeze is on, dow set to continue fly up and markets recovering. Chinese and US talking again. All good for Bur to have a strong close and then kick on tomorrow for the rest of the week.

And there is always knee jerk reactions, just how when trump increases tariffs then they come back to the table and things look differently. The "long time" was already mentioned by the board weeks a go. So any new upside could add considerable upside. This isn't Burfords only case, and anyway again you could argue the market hit the price yesterday for it.

I could argue all of metro bank funding falls through and that crashes even further

But you do know that with this case the US supreme court has said is now final and Burford got 100million dollars for giving 10% away dont you, there are buyers for that. IIs subscription to this was over subscribed. The damage and ammo so to speak has been done by the shorts, they will have and will be closing now as there is really only upside from here after a 50% plus drop, sit tight a few 5-10% days and this will soon be up. The shorters will also be weary that the board maybe throwing the kitchen sink at things now to so why get greedy and get caught out.

Now would be the time for director buys to start happening again to really punish the shorters and send this flying.
