We already knew about this action last week and it still needs enough holders to back it.......As i said earlier go on rosen twitter and see that they file at least one action a week against companies and it has no bearing on the share price. Great publicity for them but doubtful

We have already been over this. Woodford will have to sell some of his stakes in some of the companies he is invested in - some have already been liquidated. There is no suggestion he will HAVE to sell any Burford. Burford are cash rich and find investment very easy due to the yield and profitability. Entering US market will open up pool of new investor (read rns) and remember with the Peterson case over 40 iis wanted 10% stake for 100m.

It is hard to decipher real number of buys, take now for instance the spread is 800 - 802 yet buys going through at 800.65 so obviously then reported as sells

Gladstone will want to get its short below 0.5% asap, they usually have 2 days to report. The reason why they want to get it below 0.5% asap and not report say 0.75% etc. is the moment the market sees it officially closing it will jump up quick and in essence they will be shooting themselves in the foot by letting everyone know they are in a hurry to close. I expect a few days of rises at least now.
