Hi C7. I think it’s easy to see through SK’s points/negative posts. I certainly can. It is indeed intriguing what’s going on right now with Sclp as obviously news is overdue/imminent. I think all share holders are just waiting to see what happens next. Like you say it’s probably binary right now. Good news or delays and some further dilution. As all LTH will agree hopefully it doesn’t detract from the goal, ie holding (a good number of shares) when good news does come, albeit that it’s the timescale that’s the debated point now. The good news is that the science still looks good everyday. ATB.

This is just as important statement in the report today. Therefore, to move this issue forward Sclp, and of course other members of the team, may just need to find a new way of funding this trial. Is it therefore, not that important to Sclp to failed in this grant? Would have been nice to win, I’m sure, but given the current size of the team not imperative maybe?

Ruck. Yes there is always risk in Business. Even more so when buying shares! Each person will of course have a different view and of course a different risk profiles. And as nauseating as the debate was. Which of course it was. At least inanaco wasn’t trying to pretend to be someone else. Inanaco appears to have researched Sclp and the science in considerable detail (good luck to him I try and it’s tough and I can consider myself a large holder if Sclp) and he feels his risk is mitigated. You may not agree with him. And that’s fine. That’s is of course each persons choice. After all our risks profiles are not the same. Tosh on the other hand doesn’t actually appear to add much to the debate and just appears to have extreme hatred towards other people’s views, especially inanaco. He has, I suggest, lectured more to others with very little thought that’s others are entitled to their opinions given their own views to risk. I’ve seen years of rubbish from the same old posters. Yet I can disagree with them and still hold. For me pretending to be someone else on a bb and continuing a years old objective sums tosh up a little more than highlights flaws in inanaco’s personal enthusiastic views that he thinks his risk is mitigated. After all if inanaco is wrong he loses money. That’s his prerogative. Better losing money knowing the risks you take, I suggest, than losing ones own integrity on an agenda (only tosh fully understands his agenda) that is of course a pointless exercise. I think it’s good for people to discuss things here. But I would suggest inanaco has done a good job forcing the truth ie that hotwings was all along tosh. All of course just my opinion. ATB

Yes but she/he kept denying it. The style of writing was a giveaway though. How many high profile female business women would refer to a male poster as ‘sir’? I have it on good authority Kate has been with Sclp as NED for 7 years now.

Might the answer be as simple as this guidance on NEDs.

Maximum tenure. Both the Code and Revised Code do not refer to a maximum period of tenure, although the nine-year criterion mentioned above for independence has been used in practice as an indication of maximum tenure. NEDonBoard advocates for a shorter period to be consistent with Principle I of the Code, which sets out: “Board membership should be regularly refreshed”. A shorter tenure would better reflect the fast-evolving environments in which today’s businesses operate, the shorter duration of employees’ years of services (including at C-suite level) and the need for refreshed boards through access to the boardroom by a younger generation of leaders. NEDonBoard acknowledges the benefits of continuity and the time required for newly appointed non-executives to get the suitable level of experience to be effective in the boardroom. With those considerations in mind, NEDonBoard supports a maximum period of tenure of seven years.

I have no doubt Sclp Board will be strengthened shortly. Buts let’s see.

ONW. This was always a sit back and .... simply wait play. Glad to see you have now have realised it. Just not sure how much you really hold here. If you have indeed been astute I’d guess quite a few. If you trade Sclp now without holding many and SP changing News hits, which many Lth’s think it could, I think it may be a huge regret that won’t be too easily forgotten. Especially if you have tracked Sclp for a long time. I’ve said many times the science appears to be very good, as all the signs suggest, and if you can afford to tie up some capital I’m not sure there are many better investments out there right now. Just my opinion of course. ATB

ONW. I can answer this simply. Why are bios teaming up with little old scancell. Oh yes they own 100% of an about to be patented IP. That �20m will take the IP forward. Think that answers that. Whilst it�s not Sclp cash it develops and validates Sclp IP. So no we won�t agree. ATB
