I’ve been out for my usual 5 miles so I’ve only just read your derogatory, inaccurate, uninformed comments, which clearly require a response you posted :-
“once again, please advise what right you think you have demanding posters inform you what, if any they hold, and why they aren’t selling, your arrogance is beyond comprehension. Please remind us all again just how much you are down so they can understand your desperation in defending the indefensible and your selfish, self serving agenda of trying to get the unwary to buy in to raise the sp and potentially lose money so you can make money at the expense of others. Your arrogant bigoted views are laughable and whether I or anyone else hold or not, buy or sell is absolutely no business of your arrogant self, however much that annoys you. I also appreciate despite believing you are all knowing about WRES, you are either unable or too embarrassed to answer what % if shares on issue are outstanding as warrants and how this will be a huge drag on any future sp?“
1. I didn’t demand anything, I asked you a question, you chose not to answer, which is your right and which did not surprise me, however you do not have the right to try and twist my words.
2. Anyone who thinks that it is arrogant to ask a question is foolish, but then to go on and ask a similar question is clearly hypocritical.
3. My posts did not suggest that anyone buys shares, your comments are entirely untrue, and having made those false comments you the need have the audacity (clearly you chose your name well) to state that in your opinion I am arrogant and bigoted, what your comments show is that you are in fact the one who is not only arrogant and bigoted, but also that you post falsehoods.
4. I’ve never stated that I’m all knowing about WRES, so that’s another thing that you have posted that’s untrue.
5. I could work out how many warrants are outstanding, the price of converting those warrants and therefore how much money WRES will get as a result of the conversions, but frankly I can’t be bothered, if you want to know then do it yourself, what I will reiterate is that the exercise prices are well above the current price, that even if we ended up with 10 billion shares in issue, that provided we hit our production targets WRES will still succeed, that no one is going to convert their warrants at a higher price than the SP, so, IF, they get converted then the SP is bound to be higher, and that if the warrants total 25% of the current share capital, that we would have circa 8.4 billion shares in issue.
Your posts are reminding me of a previous poster on this board, who took a while to show his true colours but who eventually did so and got himself banned.
Clearly you are unable to post without being offensive and without making things up, that’s not a good thing, in fact it’s sad.
Have a nice day.
