It’s likely we will get the Q3 results this coming week, and if by saying you hope their ok, you mean better than Q2 then I am sure that they will be, but, not by any significant amount, as we lost a large part of Q3 with shutdowns on some of the kit to, hopefully, finally, get the whole plant working as it should be going forward.

I’m hoping that as well as announcing the Q3 results, that he updates the market on :-

1. the work that’s been done on the plant,
2. what if anything else is left to do,
3. What our current production rate is since the start of Q4,
4. How fast he thinks we can get to a production level that is sufficient for break even,
5. How fast he thinks is we can get to full production

Time will tell ;-)

Don’t get your hopes up to high for the 3rd quarter production figures mate, they are only going to be slightly better than Q2, BUT, Q4 should see a substantial improvement, well I certainly hope so ! We will find out in late January and that will likely determine if we are going to succeed in reaching or full production target in the first half of next year or not.

I agree that is when they were marked ex, but in the listing of actions within the RNS the first item on the list is what I posted I.e. the record date being 6pm on the 13th October.

The two things do seem to be contradictory!

Straight from today’s RNS:-

“Record Date for the Open Offer

6.00 p.m. on 13 October 2020”

The open offer is 1 share at £1.75 for every 37 shares held at 6pm on the 13th October 2020 mate, NOT yesterday, it’s in today’s RNS, as is the fact that everyone’s brokers will contact them with the corporate offer which should happen later today, it’s nit on my Lloyd’s account yet, and based on previous experience it’s not likely to appear until late this afternoon.

It’s not great at the moment, I will grant you that, but it’s not as bad as you are painting it either mate.

We know that the third quarter figures are only going to show s very small improvement on Q2, but if Q4 does indeed show that we’ve turned the corner as MM has said, then the SP will move up significantly from today’s price.

Obviously most of us are currently underwater here, but I expect to be showing a paper profit by the end of April next year, if not before.

The problem is that unfortunately many people are either too thick or too selfish to either understand or care about the simple fact that if the young get the virus then ultimately the middle aged and the old will also get it along with those in other at risk groups, of course, a number of the young will end up infecting their own older relatives and unfortunately in some cases that will cause hospitalisation and worse still in some cases death, maybe at that point they might finally realise their stupidity and selfishness!

Engaging and charismatic eh: so is a clown ;-) And bojo certainly fits into that’s category !

Just remember back to the daily briefings when every day without fail he said that the government were following the science, what a joke that was, I still remember the woman scientist who suddenly stopped appearing on the briefings, a short while before he decided to stop them, and why did she stop appearing, because bojo said he was following the science and she new he wasn’t and she subsequently stated so, now with the SAGE advice in the public domain he has again been proven to be talking tripe, it is Orwellian, all animals are equal, but, some are more equal than others, or in bojo world, all science is followed, except when I don’t like what the science says !

I’m not convinced that the trades today, above last nights closing price of 11.25 were in fact sells the mid market price is an average price across a number of market makers , but it is often not the price used by all market makers, that said with the low volume of shares traded today, it matters not a jot.

And it’s not 12” or 30cm ;-)

I posted my fag packet calculation of 8.4 billion shares last wee mate, which was based upon all of the outstanding warrants being taken up, all of which are of course at considerably higher prices than the current SP.

As I see it, if all the outstanding warrants are exercised, then that will only have been as a result of the SP already having risen substantially, because no one is going to buy warrants at a higher price than they can buy shares for in the market, which in turn is only likely to have happened as a result of some long awaited good news !

MM has stated that we have turned a corner, and whilst we are likely to have to wait until the 4th quarter results to see just how much of a corner we have turned, I believe that WRES will come good, eventually, when we will hit 1p is anybody’s guess, there are too many imponderables for me to wrk it out, not least if which is, wether MM achieves the joint venture start up with the gold play.

I’m fortunate that I do not need the money that I have invested here, so whilst I would prefer a higher SP sooner rather than later, I can wait, and given the 8 years that I’ve been waiting, even if you are correct about 2022 being the year when we really reap the benefits, that means that I’m already 80% of the way through my waiting time, and I’m a patient man ;-)

I think I have the answer to the safetyman dilemma, why don’t you post, (after every time that he posts that he wouldn’t want to be out of this over the weekend), that you wish you were out of this over the weekend - that might even things out in the spirit world ;-) and you never know the SP might hold, or, if we are really lucky, go up !
