I suspect that MM was and is hoping to give us some good news, though unfortunately I doubt very much that it will be refinancing, as I believe that we will have to have at least two consecutive quarters of increasing production before lenders are likely to be prepared to provide the amount of cash we need at a reasonable rate (circa 6% I would think)

In the meantime I’m expecting Atlas to convert their remaining £250,000, by my reckoning they have until close of play next Monday if they want to get the lowest possible price, based upon the average of 9p, discounted down to 8.55p, for the 3 days 19th - 21st April - time will tell.

Anyway I fully expect that at long, long last, WRES are now finally heading in the right direction ;-)

280,000 I suspect that Atlas are trying to push the price down to below 9p as they only have 3 days left to inform WRES if they want to convert from the 19th - 21st April when the average price was 9p and they would get the shares for 8.55p.

Let’s hope that they don’t succeed ;-)

I understand your frustration and sympathise, I’m so far underwater that I would get the bends if I came up too fast ;-)

I don’t have any rose tinted specs, I just believe that we will succeed - eventually ! If you don’t believe that then you should consider carefully wether you should sell and accept your loss, I won’t be selling as I expect quarter on quarter production increases this year and that WRES will reach full production by the end of the year.

I certainly don’t condone him stating that he would hold a Q&A by the end of April and then not doing it, and I agree that it doesn’t help anyone’s perception of him / the company.

I was simply stating that the only things that really matter, in terms of wether you, I, and other investors in WRES, will see a return on our money, are those that I listed.

I hope you and all the other decent investors in WRES are fit and well mate.

The QAndA session is not really important in the greater scheme of things mate, whenever it is held we are not going to find out anything from it that is market sensitive, because, as you know, that would have to be published in an RNS, so, I’m really not bothered about it.

The things that matter are :-

1. Improving production levels and by the end of the year hitting our target
2. The tin and tungsten prices remaining at or above the levels in the Shard report, or ideally at or above the current levels, which are higher than the Shard report.
3. The Regua licence being issued and production commencing from there.

I’m expecting Q2 to be significantly better than Q1, but I don’t see us reaching full production until Q4, with Q3 being the quarter that starts to prove that we can and will get to full production.

Time will tell mate, we just have to continue to be patient.

I’m in here at a higher average than you mate, albeit for a relatively small amount of money, well, when compared to my other ongoing investment in our mining play !

Thanks for posting the slides from the presentation.

To me what really matters is that the home trial has added to the proof that the SNG treatment works and has, is, and will continue to save lives, as such it is a very saleable treatment and the company will succeed.

This summary says everything that is really important :-

Vast majority of ‘at risk’ non-hospitalised patients with SARS-COV-2 have mild symptoms, only 2 patients hospitalised – both on placebo
• Combined analysis showed more breathless patients had slower recovery to ‘no limitation of activities’ on the WHO Ordinal Scale
• Combined analysis of home and hospital cohorts focussing on symptomatic (breathless) patients strengthens efficacy signal, reinforcing previously reported hospital cohort findings
• SNG001 should be targeted at hospitalised patients, and potentially markedly/severely breathless non-hospitalised patients.
• Phase III in hospitalised patients progressing well, data readout H2 2021

Agreed, let’s wait for the next set of figures, we will know a lot more after that.

Blackrock are entitled to 5% of the total shares in issue as part of the loan deal.

Whilst I think it is very unlikely, as I would expect us to need two quarters of improving production before we could achieve it - It would be nice to think that they have published the RNS as a precursor to issuing the 5%, because they are in the process of refinancing and therefore paying off the blackrock loan.

We can but hope ;-)

Officially reporting is as you know quarterly, but, given the current situation, it might be that MM decides to keep us informed more often, as he did last week regarding the April shipping figures.

The QandA clearly isn’t going to happen by the end of the month mate - let’s hope that Hawaii is correct in thinking that they are working on something good to announce prior too, or maybe when, they announce the date of, the QandA - that would be nice ;-)

Let’s be honest, none of us will care if the QandA doesn’t happen for another week or two, IF, we get some good news beforehand.

Refinancing would immediately transform the companies situation, and whilst I would be over the moon if they could do it soon, I cannot see it being a realistic possibility until we have had at least 2 quarters of increasing production formally announced.

That said, I do agree that they may be working on something positive that can be published prior to the QandA mate.

Tin $28338 per ton (that’s $5338 above the Shard forecast) and tungsten still steady and a little above the Shard price.

If the metal prices remain at these levels, and production ramps up as expected, WRES will not only survive, but will thrive ;-)

I agree it would indeed be helpful if he announced how we are doing as we go along, if he can show that production is, in fact, ramping up with increases month on month, then that will do a lot to buoy support.

We all know that success here is and always has been reliant on hitting, or at least getting close too, our production targets, the grant will be useful, when it eventually arrives, even though we’ve already borrowed against it, but it’s production and the price that we sell our tungsten and tin that really matters.
