Jester The reason I asked you when MM had said that he disliked consolidation was simply because I was at a presentation with him when he was asked about it and he said that he had thought about doing it but had been advised not to at the time by Turner Pope mate, so if you had heard him say something different, in fact pretty much the opposite then I would have been concerned. Is it simply that you had read previous posts on here and had presumed that he had said he disliked consolidation? Or have you actually heard him say it in an interview that I have missed ?

Let me again make this clear. Firstly I was only speculating. Secondly consolidation is entirely different in a producer, in comparison to a speculative company exploring a potential future in mining, the two are miles and miles apart ! Consolidation is nothing to fear in a producing company and as I said at the outset I only believe it will happen after we have both la parilla And Régua up running and producing ! Hopefully this is now clear !!!

Sea wolf / woodster I was only theorising about consolidation, but as troajan has said with explorers it’s usually done when they are in trouble, with producers, which is what I was suggesting here, it’s a whole different thing as we would if it happens be doing it from a position if strength, in order to attract institutional shareholders who simply because of their rules cannot buy into companies below 10p a share

Red Turner Pope did indeed advise against consolidation but that was whilst the company was and is in the development stages mate. The point I was making was that everything changes once we are a producer and the advice from Turner Pope and or our new brokers may we’ll alter mate. Time will tell,

It seems to me that MM is likely to want to consolidate once we are in provable full production and our SP is more reflective of the companies true worth at that time, as this would lead to institutional investors taking a serious look at the company many of whom simply do not invest in part penny shares. So, if our SP is for arguments sake 1.5p ( a conservative figure if we are at full production) in 6 months time and he does a one for ten consolidation we would end up with shares at 15p. Institutional investment will make a big difference.

Cookie When you compare us to our peers like ORM for instance, or the ill fated WLFE, we are in a much, much better position. It has taken a long time but we have done loads of drilling so we know what’s there, we’ve bought the best kit available In the world, which is tried and tested on the type of rock that we will be extracting our tungsten from, we have funding from one of if not the biggest investment companies in the world, who are renowned for their due diligence and despite the moaning and groaning our CEO has a track record of setting up mining companies from scratch and making them pay. Not long till full production and then onwards and upwards with two mines running at full tilt it won’t be long before dividends start to roll in.

Red I entirely agree with your 21.17 post yesterday. Later than we’d hoped yes, but we are very close to the whole project at la parilla coming together.

Well I had hoped for a bit of an SP increase before the AGM based on what I had hoped would be both the gold update and confirmation that the concentrator was finished, we won’t get the former now until July, but we should at least get the latter. Régua was great news but the market seems to want proof of production before we see any significant increase to the SP, never mind I can wait I’ve waited 7 years so another few months doesn’t matter much.

Mogwhy I agree with your outlook for WRES, we are on track, some teething problems were and are inevitable but we will become a mid tier miner and whilst I would like that to happen ASAP if it takes another 2-3 years then so be it. Personally I now think 12-18 months as that should give us 6 months of full production from la parilla and Régua up and running at the lower timescale and 12 months of full la parilla production and 6 months at least of full production at Régua at the upper timescale, which I think will be enough to prove to the market our profitability. I still think that the gold will have an impact when finally announced but the game changer is full production at or close to the costs envisaged and at or above the tungsten price envisaged in the FID.

STV Glad to see that you still agree that the project is moving forward and that you still believe you will make a profit, those are my views too. I tend to be a little more forgiving of the CEO, because I think that he says what he genuinely believes at the time but that sometimes unexpected things happen that lead to delays that he could not forecast, e.g. alminerall messing up the steel and a difference in geological beliefs regarding the angle of the gold deposit, both of which he could not have forecast mate.

Red All that’s happening here is that the believers like me read the RNS’s and thought that the Régua news was good because we are clearly moving forward and have a plan for how we produce and move the tungsten, the parilla news was good because the jig is now fully commissioned, the concentrator is still on schedule and production will increase next month, and whilst the gold announcement is delayed till July at least we now know what the hold up has been. The disbelievers / derampers / Bashers / trolls, of course take the opposing view stating that they new about a lot of this, which unless they are insiders and breaching the law is simply untrue, and that everything is going to go wrong. All is well if you are here for production and or dividends, all is not well if you are a day trader hoping to make a quick few bob.

Kev That is indeed very strange. All of these guesses that somehow seem to materialise it almost as though he has an inside line, of course if he is an insider and is leaking information to his mates then that’s unlawful. I note that you stated yesterday that you have reported his posts so let’s hope that admin who should have his real identity check out the possibility that he may be acting unlawfully.

Golf From what’s written my interpretation, for what it’s worth, is that it appears to be that both Golder and the company believe that the gold deposit is in a relatively flat layer but Sjk think it is in a slanting and deepening layer
