Faz - I apologise.

I consider myself an old timer here, not that I'm suggesting that gives me or anyone the right to be rude.

But there are lots of people on here who I recall as heavily slating LGO and saying how that company had ruined their life - therefore negatively speaking badly about the company and its prospects.

Those prospects of SWP haven't changed but those same folk certainly have.

And that's what I find irksome, and strongly hyopcroticsl just because their position / opinion has changed.

It is those folk who have ruined this board.

Yes, I completely follow what you say (and guess Faz has liked your post....).

Anyway, the days are long gone when we are valued on what we have, even with a drilled well.

The days of MXP / BPC / RRL being valued at what was recoverable, without actually recovering it or having the pressure to get 10's of barrels out of the ground, are long gone.

We may have millions of barrels that are tangible but if their flow rates are poor, and we can't extract enough to make the desired money, it matters not that the well will earn us hundreds of millions if it takes a lifetime to extract it.

A conservative 900% increase from today's Sp?

Hey - I'm all for making money and that would see my just over 6p average with a lovely return.

Faz - is it possible you're being slightly optimistic? I wonder how you came to that evaluation on mcap.

How much bopd do you expect to be producing to receive that type of return?

I've been 'invested' in LGO/CERP since 2009.

Sadly, I consider myself to be a long termer.

My average is a respectable (respectable for that length of time) 6.2p.

Like I commented - 7p and I'll be long scone...

The 10p by Xmas talk was when we were at around 2p and beyond.

So, 10p from 2p is a 500% return. As you say - smoke and mirrors and you were caught up in it.

Now, you're saying you're happy for this to hit 40p, so that's an 800% increase from where we are now.....?

You're right. Given the rules with Director purchases within time frames of any forthcoming news (3 months??) It's difficult to see when Mr K could buy in, and I also agree, if there is this plethora of forthcoming news, then how could he time that purchase?

The obvious answer is he can't but, he's promoting the company. He still has to do that. Generate interest. Keep the excitement going as we all know too well, the AIM market is not kind to small cap companies when there are occasions of lacklustre times.

I liked the bloke. He was far more switched on that I was about this company. Of course that's my own fault for not being more informed but I'm just your run of the mill investor who hoped to 'get rich quick' of the murky world of AIM.

John was in contact with NR, and so was I.

Possibly, at times, I also gleaned more info out of NR, which as far as I understand it, was all John did. And then he used that to his advantage - but was disingenuous regards his dangling carrot to the board that everyone will be ok in the long run whilst he sold out.

Still, he owes us nothing.

I've held during lengthy, and reportedly, transforming business plans.

Nonetheless, I accept your 3-5 yr point but I'm guessing Mr Koot isn't keeping one eye on well needed fund raising.

I split from my long term girlfriend early last year and we are selling our house.

I'm buying her out and I could benefit from the £13k that I have 'invested' in here (current worth at about £4k).

By my calculations (And not including the .76p) it equates to 58.5p.

I see you chose to forget the 0.5.

I suppose, technically, 0.5 is nearer to a whole number so arguably your average is 59p.....
