So Monday open share price should be around 3560. Then the consolidation should hit and reduce the number of shares but increase the price accordingly.

Yes they get to vote.
I think it needs 50% Hicl and 75% Trig to pass from the presentation. The numbers are closing between the two SPs and its a dividend cut for Trig holders.
But that £3.50 includes, business rates, the increase in minimum wage, the jobs tax, the most expensive electric in Europe. Come the next budget expect it to be £5.50
I considered DGE when buying ULVR a while back. I have noted that DGE has become a fallen knife and its on the watch list fighting with DOM. Is there a trend to become more healthy. Im a bit reticent to add too much to the market right now expecting a pullback or more.
I've only added UKW and TRIG recently on dips. I haven't decided what to do when I sell some of the ULVR
