A buyout would be 150% positive for us investors. Stroll/PIF has to make a buyout offer which should be 70-90% above current shareprice.

Thats why the reaction of this statement is raising the shareprice a lot.

Buyouts are always positive for shareholders because the buyer has to make an attractive offer. Otherwise the shareholders won‘t accept and hold their shares

I do not deny that he was right in the past. I really see his points.

But as always in life: not everything is white or black.

I do not like statements which are only bullish or only bearish. There are always good and bad things.

I do see a huge potential for AML with the new/better selection of cars. Although the new CEO is doing a good job (as I can see). That does not mean that everything is perfect or good.

They have to work quite hard to get this potential into money. But I think the basis is good

Your behaviour is really a pity. I really undestand your points and I am also not very happy woth the shareprice. On the one hand I am frustrated about several things at AML and I do not see only positive things. On the other hand there are some really positive trends for AML (operative excellence, cars, focus, etc). Not everything is positive but neither is everything negative.

I really got your point of the fear of a capital increase. I share this fear. But it make no sense to repeat it over and over.

As long as you are able to discuss things openly I will listen to you. For sure you do no have to disclose your contacts. But as long as you just say I am a pusher etc. I will block you as well.

I am always open for an open discussion because there are good and bad things about AML.

@c2645sg: I am absolutely open for a discussion and I am not a pusher for AML. The risk for a capital increase is definitely valid. Also the cash burn is a huge problem and the debt load is enormous. They have work hard on these issues.

But can you please verify your posts, that for Valhalla the US approval is not here and there are quality issuese with valhalla. If you have a source this would make your post much more credible. Otherwise this is only a unverified personal statement

I totally agree with all the writing from AML_SAVE-A-BRAND!!

There are, for sure, some things I really do not like at AML. But the most important thing is, that the core product (cars) are state-of-the-art and can easily compete with their peers (for example Ferrari).

Nevertheless they have to show that they can transfer all these good cars into money.

Adrian changed a lot at AML and I am more than convinced that they are able to get a turnaround!

Thats what I meant. The cars are (almost every car for itself) can be a gamechanger for AML. Although there are some problems in the shortterm, they will be succesful in the mid and longterm. You will see this golden future of AML in the shareprice quite soon.

Shareprices are trading the future of the company. And when the investors will recognize the potential of AML, we all will be quite happy.

I don't want to sugarcoat anything. In the past a lot of mistakes and bad decisions were made. There was almost no stability and no real plans for a good turnaround of the business.

Adrain Hallmark is definitely a positive shift. There is a clear plan for stabilizing the buisness and in the mid and longterm the current and modernizes car selection will help the company to make profits.

Many of the in investors are currently sceptical but this will shift in a massive manner as soon as we will read the Q4 figures. I am also quite optimistic that 2026 will be much better than expected (also due to 500 Valhallas). The DB12, DBX S, etc. will also be sold much faster and more.

First of all @c2645: I am a new person from germany and not a second account, etc.

I look at Aston a long time and for the first time it looks investable for me. Why? The product portfolio looks attractive and new (state of the art cars) and the internal processes seems to be under controll. In addition Adrian is a highly experienced CEO.

Whats lagging: it seems that the good portfolio is not yet transfered into business numbers. But as always: it is just a matter of time that the good and attractive cars will convert into good sales numbers and profits.

The basis is perfect and I am quite optimistic. I will invest and bet for a bright future of AML
