This CEO is not going to finance build and operate the mine. She is there to guide the company through the environmental permitting process. This in an interim appointment prior to the complete sale of the Kallak to a big mining company.
Perfect RNS indeed
Beowulf can't develop the mine alone - they are too small. It will be a farm-in partnership or total sale. The fact they are searching for a CEO for the project demonstrates that the current BEO management will not in charge. The 'partner' will also involved involved in choosing the CEO. Which ever way it goes the share price should be ten times higher in six months.
Quoting Clinton: its economics stupid
Yes Andy. You have predicted it exactly right about the greenies. It is you alone that is responsible for me having made £40k profit. I am very grateful to you. If you ever come to Edinburgh let me know.
In November I had zero shares until 29th. By 7 December I had 680k. I now have 63k. I am now waiting for the next positive inflection point. Please let us know when you think it has arrived.
Gratefully Yours

Beowulf are sitting on a project with a future income stream of over $30bn. The CEO has already hinted at partnering. Beowulf has just paid a premium to get a controlling interest in Vardar, so now Kurt knows 100% he'll still have a job if Kallak is sold lock stock and barrel. As Buffet said 'Be greedy when others are fearful'. So folks fill ya boots - this is going to be a great ride over the next 12 months.
I think the only thing we can do is continuously update Spotlight from 1pm onwards. If the share price in Sweden is rising after 1pm then it is a good sign. Anyone with any better ideas on how to monitor whether what the Minister is saying is good news for Beowulf?
Existing drugs used to treat illnesses such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease already target some of the 16 genes identified by the study and could now be selected for clinical trials, the researchers said.
The way forward would be that when Polygon reach 30% they can then acquire the whole company for not more than around 170p per share. That is when the big pharma move in and the bidding war starts. Polygon have probably already discussed this with AZ
I wonder what activities Synairgen was undertaking that needed to be paused when all that was likely required was to hand over around 1000 treatments already boxed up in the fridge ready for the ACTIV 2 Phase 3 trial.
There is something not quite credible in this sentence in the RNS. Discuss
My interpretation of this is that if the Sprinter trial result was good the Synairgen would have been given the green light. This pause is about the pause of large scale production.
