RE: Asset sale17 Nov 2025 11:19
IMO Kerrs is the only asset that could be for sale at the moment, Its the only asset fcm have that's at Resource stage with a 386,000 Oz Au Inferred in the ground at the Timmins Camp
Now the price that's been thrown about for the asset sale I see some at $8 million I don't see that being too far out the ballpark
In 2024 Gold in the ground was being valued between $7 Minimum - $200 max now lets look at gold price last year 2024 it was trading around $1950 per Oz
Today we have gold price at $4,000 per Oz so that would be a minimum $14 per Oz in ground
Kerrs gold in the ground 386,000 x $7 min in 2024 would give you a lease sale of $2.7 million, minimum.
Kerrs gold in the ground 386,000 x $14 min in 2025 would give you a lease sale of $ 5.4 million, minimum.
IMO I would hope they would be looking for more than just the minimum they could get !!! $20- $30 per OZ in ground $7.7mil - $11.5 million?
So above if we take the factors of working with the Minimum resource estimate of price for gold in ground it makes the MC of fcm look pretty abysmal and we are just working this out on one asset ( Kerrs) , tokenization will be massive if they can pull it of on one of our assets, potential for huge cash to come into the company. SP at the moment is laughable
check out the link below on a company on how they were valuing Gold in the ground in 2024
