The issue is whether the cash is handed over BEFORE the shares are LISTED

Aren’t placees then taking a bit of a flier here with listing their shares, if prospectus not acceptable and cash already released?

I believe a prospectus has to be prepared before the new shares can be listed

Machine selling earlier indicates forward selling by placing spivs
