Australia really bad atm

The Australian government has just extended ban on overseas travel till 17th of December FOR EVERYONE
You have to get permission from the govt and they just aren’t authorising anyone to leave.
They are only allowing 450 citizens a day to come back in to Oz. That’s the max amount the hotel quarantine can handle.
 There are lots of horror stories of Australians who are stuck overseas and just cannot get home and who are broke and can not afford to live in the countries overseas. It’s been like this since March
People from Melbourne  can’t even travel to other states within Australia either
 Given the economic pain they have inflicted to try and contain the virus (Oz is now officially in recession for the first time in 30 something years) they just won’t be able to justify taking any risks.
 People  can’t see them opening the borders (other than in any travel bubble type arrangement) until there is a vaccine, which could be another 12 -18 months minimum realistically. unless they improve the quarantine facilities and program.

a) announcement on LFT, second week of September

Why ?
Nothing going to happen here until end of September, when.
a) details of actual production known
b) financiers have reviewed production and made their decision

I suspect much of the selling is to do with the recent exercise of share options
