Lloydyboy - Plant Offshore Group – POGL - The share price appears to have bounced of the bargain Basement Resistance level after being tested last week, which has now become the new support level for POGL shares. Plant offshore group’s share price is starting to climb back to its original listing price of 10p. With the costs of Oil and Gas rising in the winter period and new exploration wells being spudded; this can only be good news for POGL in the long term. The company is already profitable and has many on going contracts. I do not think it will be long until the next update on current contracts and perhaps the announcement of a new contracts, as the whole sector appears to be growing again. IMHO, DYOR

Levine has set up an asset management/private-equity fund to invest the £100 million or so he made when his Imperial Energy was taken over last year. Today he is underwriting a £13 million share placing in iGas, which claims it has enough gas to power 7 percent of UK homes for 15 years. Last month Levine took control of Meridian Petroleum to become his oil and gas takeover vehicle. There are more buys than sells on both LSE and PLUS market and yet the MMs push the price down. They must be short of shares IMHO. With the US market closed today for Thanksgiving it may be a quite day. DYOR

It looks to me that POGL has broken through resistance yesterday and today has tested this level as the new support - On words and Up wards – IMHO. Over the coming weeks, we may see the cup forming - of a cup and handle formation, which should have a lip at about 10p. Early days at the moment but encouraging. DYOR

The Plus Spread is 2.0 3.0 with the last trade going through at 2.89p I am not sure what the actual sell price is at the moment. But this is a long term hold I think, as the company own assests are far in excess of the current Market Capital.

There is a lot of interest in Plant Offshore Group today, 10 Trades on LSE and 10 More on PLUS Market and all appear to be BUY’s. IMHO. We are due news any day now, as POGL usually put out an RNS every couple of months and it is a bit of time since the last one. Will it be the announcement of a new Contract? Maybe a New Investment similar to the RFC one? Possible a take over bid by one of the big players in the EPCM Sector – Perhaps - Petrofac PFC; who have announced a new contract today or it could be just the sector on Support Level and a good time to get in to ride the Sector back up to Resistance. What ever the reason, rumours are rife. IMHO, DYOR
