I do wonder why PLUS shares do not show on the LSE. It is unfair that lots of buys can be going through on the PLUS market but people on the LSE think people are selling shares. I think you need to watch both markets on IPI to get the true picture on the share movements IMHO

Buys in IPI are going through the Plus Market at 5.699p. When one thinks what these will be worth when the Commercial Property Market recovers, I think this is a great time to buy. IMHO

It is nice to see INVESCO Property Income Trust (IPI) finish the week on a 16% rise and be in 4th place in the Digitallook FTSE Fledgling Big Risers for today. If you look at the longer term gains, it is: Week = 4.28 (+25%) Month = 4.19 (+27.68%) Year = 28.00 (-80.89%) You will note that the year figure is showing -80.89% down. You can see from this, there is quite a lot of ground to make up over the long term. I feel that over the coming months we may see a large take up of Commercial Property vacancies, which will help INVESCO Property Income Trust IPI improve its NAV. In previous recessions we have seen a large sprouting of new companies. This is coursed by employees being given large redundancy packages, after many years of being an employee. These redundant employees have been nursing dreams of being their own boss and have a unique business idea. When they are made unemployed with a big redundancy payout, they realise they have their own capital and can start their own business. These businesses need Commercial Properties to set up production lines, etc. So over the coming months IPI will see the take up of its empty property, which will help the income side of the NAV calculation. I see a great future for INVESCO Property Income Trust IPI. IMHO DYOR

There appears to be more buying going through on PLUS than sells, so I think this has further to go UP IMHO. What I would like to happen is the price to rise to 50p over the next two months, and then at 50p have a rights issue. Raise cash pay off enough dept to to sort the NAV problem. Use the extra chash to buy more property, to increase the income while Commercial Property prices are still very cheep. This way we will, sort the problem out allowing the company to pay dividends again, increase income and as property prices recover; we will also gain in the property value increase. Remember if you have 100,000 of these shares and they start to pay the 6p dividend income again each year, you will get £6000 a year in income, from these recovered INVESCO Property Income Trust IPI shares. Despite the breach continuing INVESCO has not called an event of default and advanced a £1m subsequent to the year end" So it looks like the company has plenty of cash.
