There appears to be more buying going through on PLUS than sells, so I think this has further to go UP IMHO.
What I would like to happen is the price to rise to 50p over the next two months, and then at 50p have a rights issue.
Raise cash pay off enough dept to to sort the NAV problem. Use the extra chash to buy more property, to increase the income while Commercial Property prices are still very cheep.
This way we will, sort the problem out allowing the company to pay dividends again, increase income and as property prices recover; we will also gain in the property value increase.
Remember if you have 100,000 of these shares and they start to pay the 6p dividend income again each year, you will get £6000 a year in income, from these recovered INVESCO Property Income Trust IPI shares.
I think a good ISA investment. DYOR
