that just having the positive articles and predictions from the likes of Vox, Zak Mir and Uk Investor help to move the sp to a new level and consolidate where we are at ahead of any news. I'm not looking for a huge spike and I am realistic that we are highly unlikely to make it as high as even 30p this time around.
But I would take 18-20p and quite happily finally walk away from this one..... it's been a long and winding road for many of us LTH's.
Have a great weekend!
And things are finally looking up on here - it's been a long time coming! Hey to all the usual suspects!
And welcome back to some oldies but goodies- UKSteve! But hopefully some other posters - LKH and Jonmor dont come back!!
No after Dustin's previous work with FRR he would know what is there.....

Hi Isphahan and Sasa!

He said it again...... Battery day: "Working with a different kind of battery will come with new challenges. The push to use less cobalt has driven up demand for another metal replacing it in batteries: nickel. Musk urged mining companies to dig up more nickel during a July earnings call and did so again during Battery Day. “In order to scale, we really need to make sure that we’re not constrained by total nickel availability. I actually spoke with the CEOs of the biggest mining company in the world and said, ‘Please make more nickel, it’s very important,” Musk said today."

I had a Cavalier King Charles - nicest sweetest little boy! He actually lived to be nearly 14 when the average age for the breed is around 8. Heart murmurs and the brain to big for the skull (don't remember the name of that) were the two big health issues for this breed. I imagine getting a Cavapoo cross breed should help eliminate these hopefully.
Currently have a ****er Spaniel Pug cross and he is a good dog - spaniels generally have lovely personalities. Good luck finding a puppy and enjoy! A Cavapoo will be very cute!
Can anyone help pls? I can't remember how to get to the archived FRR posts.
TIA
Mills240 - not sure how you would glean that - police shootings and violence against people of colour in the US has got so out of hand. The peaceful taking a knee at NFL games was not listened to. How many more people have to die through police brutality before policies are changed. Police in the US have huge protection to stop them from being held accountable for them not following the rules. Something has to change...
Thank you Looed - I trust you to continue dealings with the translator and appreciate you doing this!
Just added my 20GBP in - now at 825!!
Thank you Looed. And thanks Zib for setting this up!
Unfortunately this doesn't look good, and I wonder if this could put some of the Texas Politicians off from speaking up for FRR.
For the court case there is a list of dates for services running to $64,705 in total (earliest dates of charges late 2017 thru to 2019). There are two copies in evidence of the same cheque dated October 13th 2017 so lots of money still owed but who owns a company and continues to service another company for nearly 18months after the last cheque. There is only one check in evidence so I have to assume no further payments were made after it or presumably they would have entered those as well.
There are 14 pages of invoices sent to Frontera and weirdly the date on the contract is 2009?? Billed for a number of servers some in Texas some in Tlibisi each month the bill is around $1800.
Lan Bentsen is the Frr contact listed on the work orders and I have a phone number which is close to the Frr Houston number but possibly a direct line versus going to the office answer machine - may give this a call to see what happens!!
The Plaintiffs original petition is asking for a citation and is against SN as he lives in Tx so I imagine easier to sue. It uses Promissory Estoppel as there was substantial reliance by the promisee and it resulted in his detriment. It says SN had verbally and by email told the company they would be paid. SN was given 30 days warning as a chance to pay the $64,705 and he has not, so they are seeking $64K plus interest and $21K attorney fees.
I am not going to add links as without a log in you would not be able to see anyway and the pdf's it will not allow me to copy n paste any of them. I am a genuine holde, have been for many years.. I lived in Cumbria when I bought my first FRR shares and I am a member of FSHG.
I heard a report on the radio that explained how Germany has done so well at managing Corona. Early on a journalist contacted the German top Corona virus expert and asked if the expert could do a daily podcast explaining about Covid 19, answering questions and educating the public about the virus. It overnight became the top selling podcast on Apple. Germany has 29K fewer cases than Italy but 1/10th the number of deaths on this Sunday evening. I heard mention of it being translated into English but I think it is possibly too late at this point for it to have much impact in either the US or UK....
A bit more humour.....
A suspected Covid-19 male patient is lying in bed in the hospital, wearing an oxygen mask over his mouth and nose. A young student female nurse appears and gives him a partial sponge bath.
"Nurse,"' he mumbles from behind the mask, "are my testicles black?"
Embarrassed, the young nurse replies, "I don't know, Sir. I'm only here to wash your upper body and feet."
He struggles to ask again, "Nurse, please check for me. Are my testicles black?"
Concerned that he might elevate his blood pressure and heart rate from worrying about his testicles, she overcomes her embarrassment and pulls back the covers.
She raises his gown, holds his manhood in one hand and his testicles gently in the other.
She looks very closely and says, "There's nothing wrong with them, Sir. They look fine."
The man slowly pulls off his oxygen mask, smiles at her, and says very slowly,
"Thank you very much. That was wonderful. Now listen very, very, closely:
"Are - my - test - results - back?"
