Just read a post on ii that someone says rumour in city is news this week - and as another poster said could be as this needs a vote and that takes time. May 16th today so only 2 weeks until early June and there is yet another BH to take into account.

I think this may even begin to tick up late next week/early week after as the beginning of June is not far and I think with the recent disappointments of oily's we may we have been mentioned on other bb's. I'll be happy if this reaches £1 as I'm in on a long CFD. Adobong,- It's because I live in a rural part of the country that has a large teacher training establishment in the nearby city of Carlisle. They won't admit it but the last govt/this uni. simply trained too many primary teachers (not enough secondary) I also wanted part-time work which you would imagine should be possible but sometimes schools get as many as 150 app's per job... and they don't always want newly trained.

Shanghai Noon posted that Ramco Oil & Gas has been changed to SeaEnergy Oil & Gas (link not working but went to Company house and checked and companies are there but doesn't say if new) - perhaps a vehicle to separate off the LOG and other hydrocarbon interest/poss acquisitions into??? Good article posted by Sharetalk - certainly seems that there are a few potential suitors for SERL. Would be great if sale could be done within the time lines and not a last minute type thing as the last RNS was. Looking forward to tomorrows song got to be better than what's in my head now!! Consolations Bas - it's been carnage over on XEL today. I invested there but planned to hold through to production and I think tomorrow and over next couple of days we'll see recovery. I got taken out of my CFD but then hopped back in close to the bottom and closed out tonight. Not sure if I dare get back in again, it was third time lucky!

Looks like a big late buy (went for exactly mid point of bid and buy) - perhaps that's also why the price was kept down.

Looks like our seller is still about otherwise we would have had a bigger gain today. Hoping for more in the next few days..... Mathedavenger your plan sounds like a good one always of interest to allow some funds to play out the whole story as a longer term play, but to take a good amount of profit to put elsewhere... (I'm in on a long CFD so not an option - did have the shares over 6months ago but got tired of waiting - not this time though!!! Holding.

Miguel de Havana posted on iii and said that the target date for the deal was the end of April which is Saturday - so maybe release Tuesday is actually on deadline as the next market day after end of April. Boy this short week messes things up. If we hear tonight in the next hour or so (up until 18:30) then I think it may not be what we want to hear. It's been a quiet week volume wise let's hope next is better and we get good news. See you here next week, same time & place!!!

Cool Sharetalk I agree with sentiments too; definitely makes sense that the new companies are created for a reason to have things transferred into them as SERL sold off. Patience needed - screw your courage to the sticking place. (that saying from a great book Cutting for Stone by Verghese, highly recommended reading.)

but I just wondered as your 11:21 post was word for word the same as Share Diva's on iii. Only difference was SD posted at 10:46!!! Obviously useful if people pass info from bb to bb but always good to give credit to original poster....

I saw that SEA was one of highest climbers today (along with an oily heritage???) ! Also took a look at the charts and think they look like it's ready to head on up as consolidated and come down through bottom bollinger band. Also loved seeing those big buys when I got back in. We have to be heading for news...

with the market closed. Happy Easter and looking forward to next week. Almost a negative that there is a long weekend with those big buys going through last thing!!!! GLAH. Thanks Aimfinder.
